Having just read gjohnsit's essay, I don't wish to contest his carefully reasoned and factually based argument. That would be an act of stupidity, because as there is one thing I've learned is never get into an argument with someone smarter than yourself.
We would see someone do a news special special, maybe 60 minutes that would be a round table of 3-4 eminent non partisan legal scholars to discuss the Clinton emails and the FBI's reasoning to not refer charges. I think America would like to see a discussion curly on the legal facts and no political spin.
Of course you will never see this from the corporate media because that panel would likely conclude that she should be charged but further that there is a major cover up going on.

So the Clinton machine is out in full force, claiming that the FBI found Clinton to be innocent. They like to boil everything down to a simple case of guilty or "hogwash"; spinning the truth is what they do. Their claims are lies, of course. Comey did not find Clinton to be innocent; no, what he actually did was find America's system of Justice to be guilty.
