No matter how the election turns out this November as to who is Prez, and whether or not Bernie ran as 3rd party, Hillary will not be denied the presidency this time around, IMNSHO.

The Democratic Party is dead to progressives. As Chomsky says, today's DP is full of moderate Republicans. As with top, my advice is grieve it, but leave it. Bernie will not be the nominee, even if Clinton is indicted.
The neolibs now clearly see the danger from the left. Smiling Joe Biden will get himself drafted or they'll nominate Nero's horse rather than accept Bernie. Say this to yourself: "The Democratic Party of my youth is dead. I accept this."

From the NYT this AM comes a story about the high cost of medical care in the USA. Yeah, it's the NYT, but the issue they bring up (disparities in doctors' pay) is something I have wondered about myself.
So, yea:
Trump 45, Clinton 42
Sanders 46, Trump 42
No one cares at TOS, but this is the first time a real poll (ie not one of the internet ones) shows Trump actually ahead. There are reasons to be suspicious of it (they have the electorate as GOP +1, it almost certainly will be better than Dem +4).
