It seems strange how many people are unaware that the US and NATO allies armed and funded al-Qaeda.
Last week congress voted against ending the illegal occupation of Syria.
Way to go team! The liars won't admit there is a military presence there,
let alone that we are stealing their oil and agricultural products.
It's like ignoring the 2001 AUMF which grants the executive wing the right
to execute secret wars all over the globe. Way to go team!
A mere 20 years late, Congress almost did the right thing today.
The earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria has killed over 11,000 people and devastated the infrastructure of the region.
Aggressive, Iranian, terrorist forces attacked our brave, honest, and totally innocent troops that just happened to be in Syria at the time (nothing to see here).
So obviously our brave boys counter-attacked, because naked aggression cannot be tolerated.
Up until this summer, the genocide happening in Yemen was mostly being conducted by Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Nearly a quarter of a million people have died. America's involvement was largely limited to giving the Saudis logistical and naval assistance.
That changed this year.
Usually it's the president or some senior State Department representative that throws around threats against a foreign nation. However, this week the Pentagon skipped right past the executive branch and threatened Iran directly.
Most people seem to have forgotten that the U.S. still has around 900 troops in Syria, illegally occupying roughly a third of the nation alongside our Kurdish allies.
