is not that Will Menaker told the Clintonites they had to "bend the knee." It's the idea that we could ever work with those people again. Those people being the ones who *run* the neoliberal side of the party: politicians, pundits and their donors/employers. The people who did this:

Maybe I should start writing essays on "Today's hypocrisy" as opposed to "Today's Humor". I see very little funny in current political news. Maybe I have a shriveling sense of humor (though some might doubt I ever had one). You can't go 24 hours without some monumental bits of hypocrisy. They are so common as to be as grains of sand and therefore ignored due to desensitization.
Hold on folks, Nancy Pelosi must be inspired. But I am not quite sure about what she is so inspired. The presenile one does not heed Eleanor Roosevelt's famous advice:
Although people may think you're stupid, don't open your mouth and prove it.
Nancy has by now been coached by her "handlers" that Bush is not the President. Thus fortified with this new knowledge, she has jumped into action so blatantly illogical and hypocritical that one wonders why she even bothers.
December 19 is the 353rd day of the year. There are 12 days left.

Despite some last minute suggestions to the contrary on networks like Fox News, there was no last minute reprieve for Donald Trump. Hillary Clinton handily defeated the now disgraced former TV Star, proving that America can at least reject pure evil when it shows its face, in favor of the FIRST WOMAN PRESIDENT!
Make no mistake about it: the political elites, whatever their party label, have got exactly what they wanted this election.
Just like anybody who voted for Hillary is fine with escalating tensions with Russia over Syria, which can't possibly go wrong or further destabilize the country and bring yet more misery to the brown and black people there.
Just like anybody who voted for Hillary is fine with destabilizing Libya and bringing countless deaths and untold misery to the brown and black people of that country, in the name of liberation.
