During the various channel surfing excercises my fingers committed, (what the Hell happened to MSNBC?) I came upon Bill giving a talk in Mississippi. He sounded disjointed, disorganized, and totally lacking in energy. He looked even worse. I wonder if he has something going on health wise.

This is from 2008....but personally I think it is relevant today.

There is an important diary up at GOS by Valtin, one of the leading longtime writers about interrogation and torture since the start of the Iraq War. He rarely writes anything there anymore, no surprise, but he has offered an important piece about the recent UN report and the Obama Administration. He suggests that both Clinton and Sanders should speak to the issue and I tend to agree with him.
