I found the whole thought police movement over there to be more than chilling. To me this is what life will be like should Hillary be elected. Dark times for freedom of speech.

People love to compare Trump to Hitler and the Nazis, but I think that comparison is more aptly applied to Hillary and her supporters. They are with her, regardless of whether or not she is with them. She knows best and is unquestionable, and that sounds more like how a functional Nazi regime would work. Trump and his supporters don't have the functionality that one would associate with the Nazis.

He has made a ton of money off of DK and to start kicking people off of his site in March because they wanted to continue supporting Bernie was a giveaway for me that he didn't care about the site.

I think that he wants to cash out, and the only people with any interest and enough money to buy it would be the DNC, Saban or the Clinton Slushfund Foundation. Any of these would want all the Sanders riff-raff evicted before they bought it. So I think he's just cleaning up the property to make it more marketable.

Things like telling him to F'ck off, he's an asshole and even worse comments.
Twice I wrote to the help desk about them and the first time they wanted a link to the diary even though I gave the name of the commenter.
The second time I included 6 heinous comments about what they wrote about Bernie and told them that other websites were noticing how DK was being discussed, but I never heard back from them again.
It's too bad to see the site going down like the titanic. But apparently they either don't care, or they like it being Hillary and democratic center.
But what chaps me is that everything that the site used to be against when it was the GOP doing them is now acceptable because it's Obama and Hillary doing it.
The destruction of Libya, Syria Honduras and Ukraine and the use of drones especially because no US troops are being killed. Just innocent civilians, but I guess they don't count anymore over there.

On March 13, which is when Kos made that big announcement ( I missed it, so just got the gist on here - basically that it would be a Hillary site from then on, with dissent barely tolerated - I had to find that out the hard way), it was at 2.2 million US unique views. Average for Feb-March was around 800K us views.

It's fluctuated quite a bit since then, with each primary, but right now is at about 636K US views. So Kos' anti- Sanders policies have generally cost the site about 140,000 US viewers, or -20% That's how I'm reading the graphs.

if I can do a decent screen shot I'll post it, but the graphics are deceiving as the scale changes as you move the window, so you have to read the actual #s to make any sense of it. If I'm right 636K now vs. 800K average Feb - May is about a 20% drop-off.

The "rest of the world" traffic, i.e. Europe, Asia, etc, hasn't been affected, stays right under 1 million most of the time.

I stopped going there for the BNR a long time ago just because the titles alone on the wreck list were enough to make my blood boil at times and if they are shitting up the BNR and Kos is letting them than really, just escape the place for good already.

You will have just a tiny bit less aggravation in your life if you do. I know I did.
