Sanders

Meteor Blades' take on things all California Primaries, Sanders and Trump

Well, I don't know. As you are so concerned to ever click on TOS, all I can do is pointing you to his diary. I was waiting to read what he would finally say. Somehow what I expected. He is the only FP writer on TOP who at least writes in support of Sanders and in support of movement clinging still to the Democratic Party to change it from within. He sticks to his guns.

Camelot Was More Than A Fairy Tale

It was a vision for the future, once which would have made the entire planet a very different place today had it been realized.

WindDancer 13's post, What the Media Would Like Us to Believe, looks at just one of the false visions We the People are expected to believe, in part so that we don't upset the profitably rotten corporatist apple cart. There are many more.

BBB of TOP goes totally OTP!

In a thread at TOP, BBB said:

It isn't [Sanders's] ideology. Its his overloaded amount of wacko and weirdo shit he's written and done in his life.

Yes, Warren can clear a vetting. There's a few problematic items but nothing nearly as crazy as the shit Sanders has said and done.

The leftist hippy shit is fine for Vermont. Maybe Oregon. But in the rest of the country... No.

To which I responded

Hoo boy!

If this doesn't scare the

Clinton campaign rigid I don't know what will.

Nearly half of the voters in the West Virginia Democratic primary who voted for Bernie Sanders say they would vote for Donald Trump in a general election, according to exit polls reported by CBS News.

According to the poll, 44 percent of Sanders supporters would back the presumptive GOP nominee in November, and 23 percent would support Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton, in that matchup.

So, that's how Pres. Obama sees us all?

Damn mistake to go through the recent diary list on dailykos. Of course I had to sneak into one that got over 1000 comments (huzzah Markos, it's good for your business, congratulations).

I am honest here, that was a diary and comment thread, which makes me want to move to a place somewhere over the rainbow. You expect me to write a real essay about it? No, I can't, I am just too tired of life in the "incrementalist's dream world". I rather go fishing.

Dear Bernie

Forgive me if this has already been posted. I signed it. I think it's right on. I especially like the suggestion to withhold Bernie's mailing list from the DNC. Unless the Sanders movement evolves from a presidential campaign into a real democratic organization, it will be extremely short lived.
