@QMS I have lucked up upon this group once.
Petty crime is outta control in NO. Locals avoid it like the Plague. If they won't go, neither will I, but I have my memories, and youtube exists when you start to crave those street sounds

@QMS When I was in grade school, maybe 2nd grade, we were bussed to the local Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation for a tour. They started play their music at one of the stops. I started dancing.
My teacher, a hard core Baptist, Dancing is Sin, called my parents, who just laughed at her.
I got hugs from the Natives, of course.
I hope I did them the justice that little blonde did to the band! She was awesome! Spirit unleased!

if they string their kite to the rest of the world
their chances will be better than sanction city
visited Cuba once, had some friends there
it's a nice place to tour especially if you like old cars

Meanwhile many people affected by the hurricane are still homeless and living in tents. And I’m not seeing anyone bitching about this. I’m at least bitching, but I can’t do anything about it.

For gawd’s sake we are $33 trillion in debt and mainly due to our wars for hegemony and there is no anti war movement outside code pink and their friends. And for some reason people keep voting for the people who made all this possible.
