Since his announcement to run for the Republican primary it has been non-stop, the only one who bucked the trend was Bernie Sanders who actually proposed something substantive and different to the usual braying politics, a variation on the American Dream.

Trump is a vile narcissistic liar, I know, I know. He is racist, I know, I know. He is Sexist I Know, I know. He will be a fucking disaster, got it. Now whose mind is it that you are changing, nobodies that's who.

It's been a while since anyone wrote about the need to keep this reservoir of hope and sanity amidst a sea of lies and disinformation alive. Well, what better time than now, to remind us all that caucus99percent and its owner/operator, JtC needs our continued help?

While you were sleeping last night, Rule 41 became law. That was the deadline for Congress to block it from taking effect, but since we now have a FAKE GOVERNMENT®, they did nothing to stop it.

A last minute effort on Wednesday by the Senate failed to block the so-called Rule 41 change, which allows magistrate judges to issue search warrants for a slew of US agencies to remotely access and search computers in any jurisdiction, including abroad.

Michelle Rempel (Calgary) voted against transgender protections last time they were before the House of Commons. That Bill was introduced by NDP MP Randall Garrison.

I'm writing this after surgery yesterday so I may still be fogged a bit. If so, I like the fog for it helps see things more clearly.

So, tomorrow I will have the privilege of watching my wonderful daughter perform in a student dance concert at the Baryshnikov Theatre in NYC, then, I will get on a plane and fly to Standing Rock ND, most likely to be beaten, tear-gassed, shot at with rubber bullets, and sprayed with water-cannons in sub-freezing temperatures, all to support a group of Native Americans trying to keep their water from being poisoned by corporate greed and governmental complicity.

Guess what? The bell, like in 2006, isn't ringing.
