I can honestly say that I have zero respect for any Rapepublican or Democrat. They are the same. One fucks you over while laughing, the other fucks you over and laughs behind your back.

I'm finished with them both. It's so apparent they are only working for themselves, with each other against all of us.

After the crap that the DNC pulled at the State Convention in Nevada, I can no longer in good conscience be affiliated with the Democratic Party. I have officially changed my party affiliation from ‘Democrat’ to ‘Unaffiliated’. (See attached registration form). I am a resident of one of the swingiest of swing states, Colorado, and I am fairly confident that I will not be voting for the Democratic nominee for President, if that nominee is Hillary Clinton.

It is obvious that the DNC is willing to do anything, including lying, cheating, voter suppression, voter role tampering, poll blocking, arbitrary rule changes, professional internet trolling and sock puppetry, and any other crooked method to support Ms. Clinton. I refuse to support that behavior. Ms. Clinton is an extremely weak candidate who is under investigation by the FBI and is extremely unliked by Americans. I can see why the DNC is so enamored with her; you seem to be of the same mind.

Please do not contact me. I will not have the patience and tolerance to be kind to the poor volunteers who are gullible enough to man your phone lines.

Here's a sample response to a request to join the Presidential (ie Hellery) partners. I also snail mail back notes like this with their funding requests, and I am using their post paid envelopes.

I would like to thank you for your recent request to join the Presidential Partners. For the last fifty years I've been a democrat - giving to and working for the party through difficult times and situations here in Alabama. Perhaps that is why you sent me your nice (was that linen paper?) invitation.

I wanted to write to you because I was afraid the note I included in my return envelope might be opened by a minion and missed. You see, I want you and others at the DNC to understand the level of disappointment I have for the party in its current manifestation.

It starts at the top. To have Rep. Schultz as the Chair of the party is deplorable! She seems more like a republican than a democrat to me. Think about it.

She comes out in support of payday lenders and against Elizabeth Warren's Consumer Protection Agency.

She takes money from private prisons and at the same time promotes a drug war that feeds their profits.

She rolled back Obama's restrictions on campaign contributions from lobbyists and super PACs promoting the interest of the wealthy and ignoring that of the people.

For heaven's sakes, she worked on the Clinton campaign against Obama. It is obvious that she has her finger on the scale of our current presidential primary. She is doing everything to throw the election to Hillary. It's back room scheming behavior, like limiting debates and placing them opposite play-off games, shopping days, and the last episode of the most popular PBS series ever. We need to promote our message and ideas, not hide them. It is terrible for the party.

It really isn't a good idea to have a sitting politician as the chair of the party. It creates an obvious conflict of interest. How can she be a fair agent in her own election against Tim Canova? How can one person find enough time to do both jobs well? Look at what has happened under Rep. Schultz watch... we lost the house, senate, and most state governments.

Rep. Gabbard had the moral substance to resign her position as vice chair to campaign for Bernie. It is so sad that the Chair campaigns directly from the DNC = Debbie Nominates Clinton.

I was fortunate to be politically educated by New Dealers who knew and worked with the Roosevelts. People that bailed Rosa Parks out of jail and worked with Dr. King. And I am so sorry that the banks and corporations have bought my party and taken it away. I no longer trust the DNC, and if I sent you money I think it would be used to promote the Clintons not the people the party is supposed to represent. So, Rosalind, I can't support the Presidential Partners nor the DNC until y'all clean house and put some progressives in charge.

We are at a cusp. Who does the party serve? The party can continue to be a super PAC corporate machine, or they can support a peoples movement - loyalty to a political dynasty or power to the people?

Think of the future! Follow the lead of the young people. Listen.

Diaries have been all over the establishment inner tubes for the last few days?

It must have freaked out more then boxer to see the anger and refusal to fall in line behind Hillary at that event. EVEN the head of the GOS has a diary today that he changed his mind from saying NO no no to Warren running for pres and now is calling for Warren to become HRCs VP

I am not sure if this is click bait to attract sanders supporters back to post comments - if there is a real fear that the split In The dem party is real and possibly not fixable if HRC and now Bill too are our only choice or if this is a trial balloon to see how the sanders wing would react to EW joining the Wallstreet ticket as the VP

I dismissed this as flapping lips until today when I saw the BIG names like Charlie pierce and Kos join that convo about EW and HRC

I think they all think Warren on the Clinton ticket would make us all drop Bernie and fall in line for HRC. What it would do for me is lose a whole lot of respect for Ms Warren, and make another donation to Bernie's revolution

Bill Clinton is now, of course, a regular fixture at Peterson Foundation meetings. A promise to put him in charge of the economy is a promise of austerity planning, then.

I only changed back to dem from indie to vote in my closed primary on June 7. After the dem convention in NM, I'll switch back to indie. I refuse to ever identify as dem again - er, I hope I don't have to do this again in the future, sigh.

I sent Senator Warren an email that outlined why she should not agree to be Hillary's VP.

Dunno if it would help and I don't even know if she wants that job. But I sent the email anyway.

Bill Clinton on television chuckled, saying "what's wrong with TWO Democrats running?"

I'd get a kick out seeing Bernie run 3rd party and have someone say that same thing to Bill.

But there would still be only one Democrat running (as recognizable as such in any continuously-loyal State in 1975).
