There are many essays today on where we go from here. A lot of good comments have been posted and my intent is to merely provide perspective. It has been mentioned that we are just past the halfway point and there are a lot of delegates left. The media, Clinton campaign and DNC will be trying to shut down the campaign and force Bernie out of the race.

This is going to be a fairly short and unsubstantive post, but I'm bothered why the fact that several of us have been banned and people we used to interact with at the Great Orange Clintonia probably don't even know. I hate to lose track of them, but it doesn't seem to even be possible to message them outside a diary.

Woah. According to NASA, the planet hit the second of the red lines noted by climate scientists long before the 2010s. The first was +1C above 1880s averages, +1.5 was the second, and there be dragons beyond +2C. I've placed an extract, link, and graphic below.

I am new to this site. I found it through comments in a "Bernie" diary. One of the reasons I am here now is the toxicity over at Daily Kos. I put this diary up giving my family's reasons for supporting Bernie Sanders. I actually got jumped on by a Hillary supporter for my using Kissinger in one of the reasons saying it was nothing but a red herring. I'm staying there mainly for Street Prophets as I can not in good conscience leave it all to Ojibwa to do so much by himself.

The Utah caucuses will be held on March 22, and excitement is building because this time it looks like the race for the nomination of both major political parties will not be decided beforehand. Also, the Tea-GOP caucuses for the first time will allow party members to register their candidate preferences online.

Wow, over 100 people online out of almost 1000 members- that is great and exciting news. Growing and gaining strength (comments and diaries and activity). So cool and positive.

Greetings all, I have likely been seen as a lurker for years, commentator of late in other peeps’ diaries. Now, some background, though it is not for sympathy, but I was raised after adoption, I found out some of the details, so I am a mix of European Jewish and Seminole stock. I was raised in a middle class home, I was born on the cusp of Boomers to Gen-Xer, and am based on what I discovered, a Gen-Xer.

Honestly, I was spoiled by the result in Michigan. I actually, factually thought that Illinois would be berning up the polls yesterday. Pity that he only closed a 23 point gap by 21 points. (which is still a heck of an accomplishment.) Losing to her in her home state? By such much? It makes me wonder what would have happened after another week, given the trend lines.
