Liberals don't realize it yet, but they are poorly equipped to defeat Donald Trump in the general election. Their normal tool of attack - pointing out the moral/ideological flaws of their opponent and shaming him/her - won't work with The Donald because The Donald has no shame.
What's more, Trump's supporters and potential supporters simply don't care that he says racist and misogynist things. It's simply not important to them.
The results of a survey administered at an American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists conference have now been published. Research was lead by Michael S. Irwig, MD, of George Washington University and was published in the journal Endocrine Practice.
While endocrinologists and other providers have received more education and training on transgender care within the past decade, self-rated comfort levels with discussing gender identity and/or sexual orientation and competency to provide transgender care is still rated relatively low.
The survey, which was conducted at a meeting for endocrinologists in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. with 125 conference attendees, found that 63 percent of those surveyed were willing to provide transgender care, but the majority of providers had no current transgender patients under their care. Irwig also found that 50 percent of those surveyed had read the Endocrine Society's transgender clinical practice guidelines - with 70 percent of those under the age of 40.
This evening's music features blues and r&b singer Little Milton Campbell. Enjoy!

Let's forget for a moment that none of this was approved by the internationally recognised government of Libya.
Twenty-five year-old Estrella Alvarado has the San Antonio Police Department very concerned. She hasn't been seen since September 9, 2015.
On Memorial Day of 2015, Estrella was rescued from a flood by the San Antonio Fire Department.
After the rescue, witnesses saw Estrella leave the scene with her boyfriend. Police also believe he was the last person Estrella was with when she disappeared.

From The Masses: The Munition Maker & Uncle Sam
This month's Masses expressed a few thoughts on the war now raging in Europe. We found the following drawing by Art Young to be especially relevant.

Noam Chomsky Wants You to Wake Up From the American Dream
10 principles of oligarchy. If you've just seen Michael Moore's movie and are wondering how in the world the United States got diverted into the slow lane to hell, go watch Noam Chomsky's movie. If you've just seen Noam Chomsky's movie and are wondering whether the human species is really worth saving, go see Michael Moore's movie. If you haven't seen either of these movies, please tell me that you haven't been watching presidential debates. As either of these movies would be glad to point out to you, that's NOT HOW YOU CHANGE ANYTHING.
