Trump
Trump's once in a lifetime opportunity to destroy the Democrats for all time.
Submitted by Alligator Ed on Tue, 08/01/2017 - 7:20amConsider the still-evolving story of sedition and treason in addition to the banal but harmful corruption of our political system underlying the Awan Brothers thievery of material (computer stuff) but more importantly information, much of it classified or higher security. The story for those unaware has been told dozens if not hundreds of times in the alternate media, of which we are members.
Bait, switch and snitch; Obama's failed entrapment of Trump Jr.
Submitted by Alligator Ed on Sat, 07/15/2017 - 10:11pmThere's an old saying: "the deeper you dig in a sewer, the more shit you come up with". So it has been a really interesting unravelling of the deep hatred of Clinton/Obama for Trump--no secret at all. Resist! Resist what?

G20 Fail
Submitted by gjohnsit on Sun, 07/09/2017 - 2:38pmThere were three areas of failure at the G20 in Hamburg.
The most obvious and easy to identify was Donald man-child Trump.
I'll let this Australian reporter sum it up better than I could.
No, the White Working Class is NOT responsible for Donald Trump
Submitted by gjohnsit on Sun, 07/09/2017 - 12:02amThe narrative from liberal blogs and pundits is that poor, white-trash rednecks turned out in huge numbers to elect Donald Trump because they are stupid, or racist, or both racist and stupid.
The reality is that this narrative is not only wrong, but shows a distinct richsplaining class bias.
There is also the narrative that millennials are also responsible because they didn't get a pony, but that's for another day.
Where are we going and why are we in this handbasket?
Submitted by CB on Tue, 07/04/2017 - 10:06amThe Saker has a very good article on the upcoming G20 conference at which Trump and Putin are scheduled for talks on the sidelines. In it he outlines the extremely low possibility that there will be meaningful discussions, mostly due to the intransigence of those that have taken complete control of the Executive Branch of the US government.
Seymour Hersh investigates "gas attack" at Khan Sheikhoun
Submitted by CB on Sun, 06/25/2017 - 11:13amIt appears that Trump "shot from the hip" in his response to the so-called gas attack, overriding the advice of the Pentagon and intelligence agencies. Possibly this is one of the reasons the US military has basically taken over the authority of the President as "Commander in Chief". Trump is much too volatile, pig headed and uninformed to be in charge of the world's largest and most powerful military. The Pentagon mostly likely were the ones who insisted that Russia be forewarned about Trump's temper tantrum.
