Nah, they would never do that, a war with China. Would they? Certainly not Trump right? Trump doesn't want to attack other countries, he wants to do business with them.
Ya they would. This is the big game they're playing. I think people forget that.
"James Mattis is a Secretary of Offense." David Swanson
The president of some U.S. citizens, Trump, or whoever else is making the decisions for the president of some U.S. citizens (sorry man, I can't help it) has/have selected retired general James Mattis as Secretary of Defense.
I feel it can't be said enough. STOP the War in Syria!
Damn man, what are we doing?
I grew up during and served in the Vietnam war. I remember the horrors and atrocities and the lies. Wars are always based on lies and the war in Syria is no different.
"No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare. " -James Madison
"Of all the enemies of public liberty, war is perhaps the most to be dreaded, because it comprises and develops the germ of every other." -James Madison
"The spirit of this country is totally adverse to a large military force." -Thomas Jefferson
"My first wish is to see this plague of mankind, war, banished from the earth." -George Washington
"We should have no illusions. Today’s United States of America is interested only in one thing - destroying Russia as a civilizational, geopolitical, military and political rival — as well as an economic rival, with its treasure trove of resources."
Leonid Reshetnikov, retired lieutenant general of Russia’s foreign intelligence service
Another study came out recently about the costs of U.S. wars. From Brown University's Watson Institute, author Neta Crawford of Boston University pegged the amount at $4.79 trillion, or “so large as to be almost incomprehensible,” Key findings are:
"One, Two, Three, Four, We don't want your Fucking War!"
During the latest act in the American tragedy playing before our eyes, the "foreign policy" (U.S. imperialism) question and answer session with Trump and Clinton. the best businessman in the history of the universe (believe it), Trump, attacked Clinton while trying to sound "presidential".
Many have lamented the lack of an antiwar movement in this country, the land of Empire and Imperialism. Many have also criticized the faux left that supports U.S. "interventions", those that support War Criminal Obama and want War Criminal Clinton to be the next President of the Empire.
We're not alone. They have the same problem in Europe.
