The Coronation is Almost Complete

The AFL-CIO (what's left of it) and Oprah, just endorsed Hillary. In voters' minds, Hill's looking more and more like presidential material as time marches on. Does anybody think that the lawsuits going through the courts alleging electoral fraud by the DNC are going to be quashed at this point? I do. Will Bernie cave tonight? I think so.

Solid Majority of Dems want Bernie to have a "Major Role"

Far from being a Pariah of the Party, the Skunk at the Picnic, an overwhelming 75% of Democrats want Bernie Sanders to have a "major role" in shaping the party's positions. Bernie must be saying the right stuff, even for those weighed down by their "pragmatism".

And this is a shocker, 2 out of 3 Dems think Sanders should be the V.P.

I so wanted to throw my remote control at the television today.

This is just a rant with no links. I'm sorry.

So I'm listening to Thom Hartmann's radio show on TuneIn app on my phone between noon and 1 p.m. EDST today. Thom devoted the first hour of allowing callers to call in and thank Bernie Sanders. Each caller was supposed to call with a quick thank you to Bernie, each caller was identified by area code, and they could give their name and location if they wanted to.

OK so what's going on?

Yesterday I received an email pitch from the Sanders campaign:

When we began this campaign a little over a year ago we were considered to be a fringe campaign. But over the last year, I think that has changed just a little bit.

As of last night, we have won 22 state primaries and caucuses with more than 11 million votes.

The People of California, New Mexico, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, & New Jersey Deserve a Vote and a Voice.

The election is NOT over, and I am still supporting Bernie Sanders.

I made a donation today, as I have done either before or after every primary. And that is on top of the donation that I make automatically once a month. Please consider doing the same. Continuing to donate helps to send a message that we intend to support Bernie Sanders all the way to the convention.

Don't Leave. Sit, Stay a While. Be With Bernie Until ...

I know you've reached your last shred of patience, are ready to blow a gasket and bolt from the Dem party, but don't. Between now and Philadelphia a lot can happen. Let's see what Bernie does. He's very savvy and can navigate Congress, the DNC, and whatever the Clintons throw at him. And there's still the outside chance that Justice will indict Hill.

Media's Premature Coronation Is Bad News For Hillary

It wasn’t a political night. I was watching hockey. My beloved Pittsburgh Penguins were ahead 2-0 and on their way to taking a 3-1 lead in the Stanley Cup Finals. And then, during a major sporting event, I heard a beep and saw a scroll at the bottom of the screen for BREAKING NEWS!
