When last we checked on Massachusetts, it seemed as if progress were...er...progressing apace. The Senate had passed their version of the Transgender Public Accommodation bill 33-4, the House had passed their version 116-36 and Governor Charlie Baker had said he would sign the House version.

Now somehow we have slowed to whatever is less than a snail's pace. I'd suggest a glacial pace...but you know how vanishing those are becoming.

And the current legislative session is fast approaching conclusion.

What's that you say? The People's Summit was a failure? Surely you jest. By many accounts it was a roaring success.

So I was dusting the house and as is the norm when doing mindless tasks I was also engaging in idle speculation.

One of the things I was thinking about was all the questions I see repeatedly asking, "Why the hell won't Assange release the damn info already!".

And a possible answer hit me.

Could he be waiting for the last interviewee to have a chance to perjure themselves, Abedin in particular?

Are there any other interviews still to be conducted?

Ladies and gentlemen, knowing that many of you are fond of music, be pleased to learn that in just a few short hours we shall the pleasure of listening to Soprano Huma Abedin emote on travails experienced wandering through the quicksand in search of...oh, I forgot what she was searching for--but I do know on whose behest she was searching. As in a Wagnerian opera, which typically last far too long, Ms. Abedin will sing arias worthy of Der Meistersinger.

Once again, in my car this afternoon, I heard an NPR reporter talking about Hillary's plan to, once again, re-introduce herself to voters, which NPR will cover like the good Beltway Journalists they are, tomorrow morning, no doubt in great detail.

So, for fun, I went back to look at all the other times Hillary has needed a reboot to update the memeware about her that resides in the American Public's collective mind.

You better sit down for this one because it will blow your mind.
You are probably aware that we on a global quest to rid the world of Evil, one smart-bomb at a time. Yet, for some strange reason, every place that we bomb Evil into oblivion seems to become more messed up than before.
You would think that our humanitarian mass killing would make the world a better place, but for some reason it never seems to happen.

I'm obviously confused.

You see to me 'Liberal' means socially progressive and non-discriminatory, someone who's in favor of economic equality and the Labor movement, someone who believes in democracy and accountability to the electorate, a person who values courage and accuracy in reporting.

Don't know what this means, but we know that Bernie is not happy with limited progress on DNC platform.

Also, we know that Bernie sticks to message so his mention of third party was no accident.
