I usually lightly browse the reddit for the silly and sublime but occasionally I actually attempt to engage, then Ouch! big time pain!
The National LGBTQ Task Force and the District of Columbia Office of Human Rights released a resource guide this week to help fight workplace discrimination against transgendered and gender non-conforming people.
It is one of many issues that we concentrate on this week and it is an ongoing issue in general.

I am saddened and outraged by corruption in the Sanders-Clinton primary. Truth vs. Lies: the lies won, in the short term anyway. Outrage, however, is a thin substitute for action that springs from compassion and big mind.

I really wish some of you who are good at reading body language, facial expressions would have a look or another look at the video of Bernie's press conference yesterday afternoon. It seems to me some of them looked pretty happy about some of the things Bernie said, as though they knew a secret about what he really meant by what he is saying.
to call the Orlando tragedy an act of Islamic extremism, even though it is known the attacker was not religious and has a violent past that had nothing to do with religion. Did he try to glorify his personal homophobia with religion? Yes. But this was all about his personal hatred of gay people. This shooting didn't have any more to do with Islam than Dylan Roof's shooting had to do with Christianity. I guess her conversion to the Republican Party ideas, except for abortion, is complete.
