Love the Blues but right now I'm more bruise than anything. Apparently I had a seizure yesterday afternoon and ended up in ER until almost 2:30 a.m. Still not sure what caused it but they are trying to tell me I can't drive for 6 months. I'm trying to get into a neurologist to see if that can be changed. I am a caregiver after all.
This is what I look like and why I'm trying not to go outside where people can see me.
A dreamer is one who can only find his way by moonlight, and his punishment is that he sees the dawn before the rest of the world. Oscar Wilde
Sorry that happened
I hope you heal well.
Ouch
I hope you will be able to drive soon and safely.
Am I the only kiddo here, who misses you?
There are no news stories, the world ran out of them, all the new pie tastes like the old pie. All the proofs are in the pudding, but with all the pie, I have to throw up when I look into the pudding for proofs. What the difference between pie and pudding anyhow?
Enjoy your vacation time and don't forget to come "home" one day.

Hey Joe I miss you too
but hope you're having a ball and learnin' lots. Thanks for leavin' Carey for us.
Here's a few stories I thought were interesting. Did Google collude with Clinton? (7 min)
[video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFxFRqNmXKg]
Corporate electoral coup in Peru 3.5 min (well he did resign from 14 corporate boards)
[video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJrPhlKbh7c]
But the good news is they managed to at least delay our take over of Venezuela
(16 min from the real news)

Thanks for Google video
I switched to DuckDuckGo for my searches a long time ago. DuckDuckGo doesn't track its users and isn't selling information about them. Google's top results seemed often to be sponsored. I would have to go to the 2nd page to get regular results. I haven't regretted switching.

Crooked Hillary, and Sneaky Hillary
Thank you, Shirley. I had this on my "clip board" ready to post, so I will just add it here.
I really appreciate David Sirota and am glad he's on top
of so many things.
Hopeful sign?
According to this Inquisitr article, the California count is going well for Sanders, but buried deep in the story was this little tidbit:
The Green Papers that the article references, however, is currently showing the SDs at 543. Granted that there were 10 invisible, anonymous--perhaps non-existent-- SDs announced by the AP, but there seems to be even more who are evaporating. The Green Papers show Sanders with 47. The source I usually follow for the delegate count shows HRC with 545 and Sanders with 49 in one chart and 544 to 47 in another. Seems numbers cannot be kept straight even within the same source..
With so much variance in numbers, one would have to wonder just how much of HRC's SD count is real. Some time back I wondered about this as HRC had around 428 and all of a sudden with no new endorsements announced, it was 500 something. Although, I had read of several who had un-endorsed her. They may have both been from Puerto Rico, but at least one for sure was.
Thanks for the musical interlude, Joe.

SuperDs
My so-called progressive representative is a superdelegate for Hillary. I'm going to call him about it and just tell him (his office) how undemocratic is was for him to commit his vote to Hillary before anyone even voted. This is Colorado which easily went for Bernie. I'm going to see if I can find out the caucus result numbers for his district. My precinct went overwhelmingly for Bernie, and I think the whole district did. I'll throw in how he helped the press influence the election by adding in superdelegates like him who did not listen to their constituents and announced their loyalty prior to voting.
He is up for reelection too, so I'll let him know I won't be voting for him for the first time. He does not have a primary opponent on the ballot, but I'll skip him on the General.
Hillary is a liar and a cheat, not transparent, so it's
hard to find her public speeches as her site scrubs a lot of things. . Maybe I just don't know how to find a particular public campaign speech, but I can't find it.
I saw a short clip of her on some corporate media station speaking at a pathetic "rally" several months ago where she said that Trump and each Koch only get one vote just like everyone else.
She's so full of shit with that statement because of all the super delegates she lined up before Bernie even announced his candidate -- these super delegates get TWO votes, one where they voted in their state's primary, and then another vote at the convention.
Yes, this is a right wing site I'm linking to, but nowadays, I find that's one of the best places on google to find actual news.

The thought crossed my mind today that the MSM
except for Fox will soon be defunct because of late the only place I can find facts--vs opinion--is at Fox (in regard to the Clintons crime acts). How sad is that!!??
For searches, I often find it helpful to type in as closely quoted or paraphrased as possible something from the speech to find something on it.

In Obama friend and Dem advisor Cass Sunstein’s world,
if you read between the lines, pro-regime and pro-party “epistemic closure” is now mandatory.

Thus any medium that is not right-wing like Fox is currently suffering from the “state of emergency” self-censorship switch having been thrown (Gleichschaltung), compelling them to go 100% pro-Hillary until the anti-Trump “state of emergency” has been lifted, in mid-November at earliest.
That would be an Orange Alert, right?
Sounds like a jobs program to me /s
I wonder if it pays better than Brock's disinformation program. Which reminds me...Correct the Record seems to have expanded its services to right-wing media now as I am seeing a lot of pro-HRC comments against Trump supporters there now.
Thanks for the link.

Don't worry about your source. This has been reported by ABC News, CNN, Slate, Time, etc. Took a quick search just now because I had seen it reported elsewhere.
Ha. Good point about the 2 votes. That had not occurred to me, that of course they get their regular vote too. I'll add that into my comments to my rep. Thanks.

Good evening, Bluesters and
Joe. Joe? Are you here? I agree with mimi. How long is your vacation?
What do you think this is, Sweden?!!
Wow, this was quick. I haven't been following this
closely, but I know Bernie was against this deal and Hillary was "for it," pass it and then fix it crap again.

Microsoft can lay off thousands of people and then
buy another company for 26.2 BILLION dollars.
Something is very wrong here.

Now they'll lay of thousands at Linkedin
And then spend billions buying back their own stock, which will raise the price of the stock and make millions for the CEO and his pals.
Cancelled my subscription to LinkedIn today.
Used it during my most recent job search, and it didn't do _crap_ for me. Not one thin dime of mine will go to Microsoft.
I should scrub my account there, too.
If I can figure out how. Never been useful to me anyway. Never responded to LinkedIn's legal team email to reset my password, so maybe that is a done deal.
Hey! my dear friends or soon-to-be's, JtC could use the donations to keep this site functioning for those of us who can still see the life preserver or flotsam in the water.
