We all know that Shillary is gonna cave on the TPP. She wants those oligarchy neoliberal dollars flowing through her foundation and will not risk that. Shillary was for the TPP before she was against it. We all know that she " changed her mind " or " evolved " on the issue only because Bernie forced her to. She will be right back supporting it after the election.
I am sure she is telling foreign powers not to worry b/c she is for it RIGHT NOW!
Things have changed so much in the region since the attempted coup in Turkey that the regional alliances might be unrecognisable by November at this rate.
The latest flashpoint is in Hasakah.
Just got back from a very brief tour of YouTube--like no more than 5 minutes before I came across this tidbit concerning the nation's leading source of crime. Now some might think is would be about crack houses, meth labs, opioid smuggling. Nah! The best brand is still American.
I’ve heard talk that a political realignment in this country may be in the offing, result of the breakdown of the alliance between social conservatives, right-populists, and the part of big business that doesn’t much pretend to care about looking human. For a long time, that part of the business elite had little trouble wrangling the other two elements into line by hiring politicians who mixed a palatable cocktail of religion, nationalism, and economic “freedom”.
We always knew that if we pulled to within single digits of defeating Debbie Wasserman Schultz, her corporate donors would start a Super PAC and release an aggressive ad campaign to try and bail her out in the closing weeks of this election.
This is one RIGHTEOUS rant By Shawnee Badger!
Enjoy a taste:
What is so un-progressive about Clinton, you ask?
Where do I even begin?
This past Thursday, thanks to twitter, I learned that just one county to my west, a Cycle Track was being opened: Akron opens new bike trail through downtown:
The path is part of the city’s effort to become more bicycle friendly and to encourage people to leave the Towpath Trail and experience downtown.
“Downtowns that are attractive centers, especially for a young workforce, have amenities like cycle tracks and bike trails,” said Suzie Graham, president and chief executive officer of the Downtown Akron Partnership. “It positions us more as a forward-thinking community.”
...
The path is part of the larger iTowpath effort funded by the Knight Foundation. It is one of more than 20 projects attempting to connect the Towpath to local attractions.

I wasn't planning to write this for a few more days, but the data became available this morning and it was so interesting I had to share.
Did you ever get the feeling that you were being lied to about something so big that the entire paradigm of how the world is being presented to you is false?
The lie in this case is that Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are dramatically different, and thus there is a Lesser Evil.
This leads to the dominant feature of presidential politics today - voting out of fear of the other.
