They Gotta Be Kidding!
Apparently RFK, Jr and Kid Rock just made a video highlighting them working out at a gym and then drinking milk in a sauna. They were shirtless, and the workout video is part of the Make America Healthy Again campaign. I’m sure it’s going to inspire a LOT of young people to work out after their, like, normal jobs which take up 8+ hours a day (not including the time spent getting there and back). Not that RFK, Jr or Kid Rock would know about that. Or maybe the video is to inspire us old people, who’ve retired and now can spend our time at the gym. I admit, I have gone to the gym in the past (since I was about 36 or so) and might do so again in the future, because I like working out, at the gym and at home. I will go to the gym hoping against hope I NEVER see RFK, JR or Kid Rock shirtless at the gym… eww.
And, there goes our tax dollars!
Doing the plank with a dog! My kinda exercise even though I don’t do planks anymore, I’m too old! Gotta admit, I’d rather work (have worked) out with any of my dogs than RFK, Jr and Kid Rock. From this article about working out with your dog.
So, I only found out about this while watching Really American, as I am currently wont to do. The New York Post posted the original RFK, JR / Kid Rock video if you wanna see only the video. You can also see it in the video I’ve posted below from Really American.
Gotta admit, that picture in the middle of the opening thumbnail, of the two supposedly kissing, made me laugh a lot. It’s AI, of course

Hope it's a great day for everyone. It might snow here a bit, although down here, along the water line, probably not. And it won't snow like it has been over Donner Pass in CA/Nevada! I'm gonna be working outside, maybe, and inside on my computer, maybe. And maybe going shopping. Ohh boy, all fun stuff on a regular day!

And it fits right in with that I've learned about this sort of 'find the dog' surveillance. Finding lost dogs (and other animals) is important, but we KNOW this tech is gonna be used to control us.

I was surprised, in a way, at Andrew's arrest. Such a thing would never happen to a powerful person here, right? Or maybe it would. We'll see. RFK, Jr had me fooled too. Very disappointing.
As for distraction? Upcoming war with Iran (again)? Collapse of the dollar? Maybe, Trump sure seems to want that to happen. Who knows. I hope your two trials went well! Have a great weekend

Intelligence, that pic of those two yahoos smooching is nauseating. I had a BFF who was an accredited Personal Trainer so I know the basic gym stuff. I do a lot of walking, and use light weights for a routine I was taught for arthritis. Believe me, it works. Stay warm and safe. It's predicted for high 80s here in ECFL. Yech!!

The pic is funny and also sickening! Bleh. I love doing weights and working out, at the gym or at home. I just tend to stop doing it when I get overwhelmed and depressed. Which is stupid, I should do it MORE then. Dang, 80's a high temp for right now. It's 28 here, at 10 pm. *shiver* Hit about 40 during the day. The dog and I surveyed our property and decided which blackberry brambles to remove. Ok, I surveyed it. He helped by keeping everything in order, or something
