I'm Laughing [sort of] This Evening: The Ostrich Effect
Whatever you do don't mention the Wars you know what.
The NYT criticizing Trump for no plan seriously? WTFH?
The Washington Post, well it's what Hillary probably would have done.
The Democratic Party blogs, pardon did someone say something, speak up, I cant hear you!
Yes let's not talk about you know what, ssshhhhhhh.
What are you talking about? War? Never heard of it.
Did you say Russia? No? Why not? Pardon you said Afghanistan, dont you mean Arizona? Go away, leave me alone, stalker!
Oh that thing, well he doesn't have a plan you know. Oh do stop looking back why dontcha.
No plan, but staying sounds pretty good but Trump's staying is so much worse than the staying we had before.
People dying? Well let's talk about hacking instead.
Look all we have to do is wait a few weeks until there is a fuck up and then we can then pass the buck to Trump. It'll be even more effective if it involves a hospital, a mosque or a marriage. Rest assure innocents will die and then we can blame someone else! Anyone but ourselves.
It's good that the neo-cons are back in control [after a few months absence], now we can blame the other side, whoever that might be.
Compared to continuously whining our wars are no fun at all.
Just a thought

PS Afghanistan no plan since 2001
@LaFeminista
Sure, I'll bet that there are plans, but they can't say them out loud without causing riots.
Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.
A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.
The Dems are in Heaven
The Democrats must secretly be loving Trump. As we know, there's no difference between the two parties. The only difference is the way in which each party brands itself. The Democrats branded themselves as the feel good party, the humanitarians. On the political front, they seem afraid to use hardball tactics because of the optics. The GOP, with its warmongering ideology, was built for pugnacious legislating.
Trump lets the Democrats drop the veneer and play the game the way they wish they could play it, because with him in office, bad optics are good optics.
“He may not have gotten the words out but the thoughts were great.”
I just posted about this
Even progressive Dems are gutless.
No one wants to step up for what is good for the country and the world.
@gjohnsit
Well, some of them want to step up and take whatever's good from the country and the world, so there's a conflict there...

Sen. Blumenthal (D-CT) said today
paraphrased 'Trumps reasons for expanding the Afghan war are sound reasons but we need to see the details of his plan. blah blah blah ' .
Of course the MIC is strong with CT pols b/c nuclear subs are made in CT, military helicopters are made in CT, military jet engines are made in CT, ... I could go on.
And Blumenthal is viewed as one of the most liberal minded Dem. Ugh.

Reminded of the U.S. gunship blasting the MSF hospital in Kunduz
The Obama team whitewashed that one super-fast.
Compare the Obama admin’s slow whitewash of Deepwater Horizon — “Corexit DemExit” . . .
Speaking of the neocons
This is a great article about how they have neutered Trump. And it didn't take long to do it, but it could have dangerous consequences.
The Neocons are pushing the USA and the rest of the world towards a dangerous crisis

Yes, a great article.

This is good to hear
I wasn't sure if he was a reputable source or not. Not so many years ago I wouldn't be questioning if an author is truthful or not, but with all the propaganda flying around, who knows?
ETA: Trump has made this much easier for this to happen to him by being such an asshole to so many people, including foreign leaders.
His stupid multiple tweets everyday is just giving them more ammunition to shoot at him.
If he hadn't given congress so many reasons to find him reprehensible, he possibly could have hung on longer.

Great article Snoop!
