Revolution:
-an overthrow or repudiation and the thorough replacement of an established government or political system by the people governed.

-the overthrow or renunciation of one government or ruler and the substitution of another by the governed.

Usually violent, but it doesn't have to be. The point is to take down the current government and/or political system and replace it with another, usually in a short period of time. The point is FREEDOM from the rich bastards that rule us all.

Declaration of Independence

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

Revolution, that's what they were talking about. "When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another."

It seems damn necessary to me. Those thinking anything will change regarding how we are ruled by playing by their rules are wrong. Worrying about the democratic party, the republican party, Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, it all doesn't matter. The verdict is in, it has become necessary.

Many people are there, more are getting there every day. It's only a matter of time. The trajectory we're on is not slowing and it's not changing. The wealth inequality, the wars, the power of the wealthy, the rich and ultra rich continues to increase with nothing to stop it except We the People.

"All experience hath shewn" that we'll keep falling for the bullshit of politician after politician until we get Satan himself as President. Maybe then the evils will be sufferable enough to do what needs to be done.

Pretty simple really, it always has been. We're only humans.

the little shits like 'topers' must go. They are in the way. Inspired by Anais Nin last week, i posted a short essay attempting to address the problem, 'want a revolution, make a friend,' i wrote.

But, how to break through the loud noise in time bewilders me. Now, getting by challenges my mind, a daily strain i share with millions; wish it were not so. How do we ask those holding on to life rafts to rise up without violence, educate those in the USA to vote?

We need leaders!

here at home and we have been watching this come true for a long time.
Maybe as far back as the Vietnam war protests or even earlier.
The powers that be knew that one day they would push us too far and we would rise up against them. And that's why they militarized the police. It's their way of getting around Posse Comitatus which has been the law in this country since 1878.
I think that if a million or more people would take to the streets and protest against the corporate coup then maybe we can get them to change what they are doing. A major months long boycotts would also be needed. That would grind capitalism to a standstill.
How we get that many people off their buttocks and into the streets is something that we will have to figure out.

No great wall separates U.S. foreign policy from domestic policy. The Manhattan Institute is an influential think tank founded in 1978 by William Casey, former head of all U.S. intelligence and Director of the CIA. In a 2006 report “Merging Law Enforcement and Counterterrorism Strategies,” they describe “The New Paradigm:”

We know too that globalization is a permanent fact. The international economy is the engine of our nation and the source of our wealth. It means that all the physical and conceptual walls associated with the modern, sovereign state—the walls that divide domestic from international, the police from the military, intelligence from law enforcement, war from peace, and crime from war—are coming down.

Those walls aren't coming down, they are already down. We first saw a preview of this after the Boston marathon bombings when SWAT and police in riot gear with their military equipment basically shut down Waterton and went into people's homes without a warrant to search for the bombers. How many people criticized this action? Or how many felt that that was okay because they were afraid?
We next saw another preview of martial law during the DAPL protests.
How many are aware that the people who had the attack dogs who they let bite people were from a private contractor company that has ties to Blackwater?
Think about this. Our government was okay with private mercenaries operating inside our country.
Next we saw the militarized police attacking peaceful protesters with "non lethal" rubber bullets that left a woman fighting to keep her arm, another woman trying to keep her eye after they were hit with those "non lethal" bullets.
We watched those police officers whose jobs were to protect us spraying water when the temperature was below freezing, spraying them with their huge canisters of pepper spray and we watched as they hit people with their batons and then we watched as they...........
And probably more than half of Americans cheered the police on because those people weren't minding the police.
And we watched as they did some of those same things to people in the BLM.
And again, how many people cheered when that happened?
If that many people think what the police were doing was okay, then how are we going to get them out and into the streets?
