A hack on hacking.
He claims he knows 100%that Russian intelligence (at the direction of Putin) hacked the DNC servers and were being watched in real time doing it.
Which begs the question: why didn't the watchers stop the info from being taken?
Also says we can discount anything Julian Assange says because CIA and President more believable.
Says Trump 'co-opted' by Putin and that Trump is fomenting sedition by 'diminishing' the role of intelligence community.
Supports McCain and Graham hearings.

The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
These folks don't seem to grasp aristotelian reasoning.
A. Only someone with access to the emails could have released them
B. The Russians nefariously obtained access to the emails by "hacking"
therefore ...
C. The emails were released by the Russians?
Say what? If the Russians were observed hacking the system in real-time, then guess what? The observers had also hacked the system! And who knows who else hacked the system? And that would only give us a list of people who obtained access to the system by nefarious hacking, rather than by, you know -- working at the DNC and having legitimate access to the system. or, working at the DNC and nefariously obtaining access by guessing their coworkers passwords. Or whatever.

My gut is telling me, don't trust this guy
I'm not able to form a logical case against him at this time. It's this strange feeling I'm being lied to and a vague discomfort with his words.
He uses 'Steal' when really isn't the accurate term 'influence'. To my mind there is a rather large difference in regards to this matter.
He seems to be rather full of himself. For me this is always a red flag.
He indicts WikiLeaks and Julian as useful tools or worse. Which sure looks to me part of the continuing effort by the PTB to discredit the one who has exposed the PTB so painfully.
The Julian says an insider provided the info, Mark Rich is murdered, Julian offers reward to find the killer(s) train of events speaks to the truth of the issue more clearly to me than the Russia did it scenario.
But, again, this feeling of unease about Malcom isn't based in logic. It's based on the (all to familiar) feeling of being lied to.
I'll be following this thread for awhile. I expect I may find some insights in the comments that will help me to see this more clearly.

have some respect for Malcolm.
Then he started selling his information to the highest bidder with the greatest fear factor requirements.
Bottom line: He specializes in promoting fear over true information. And the general public, plus many of those in power, gobble that shit right up.

I continue to be mystified about how revealing to the

The Podesta's emails showed how the DNC was doing everything it could to slant the election in Hillary's favor and to boost Trump to be the person she ran against.
No one cared about what the contents of the emails stated, they focused on trying to find someone to blame for their information getting out.
I was reading some comments from a counterpunch article last night and so many people 'liked' all the comments of how Russia hacked Vermont's electrical grid even though that story has been debunked.

As others out here have already said, the fact that no one cares what was in those emails and only worries about who leaked them speaks volumes on motive for spreading such stories, IMHO. CYA. I used to like Malcolm Nance, because he spoke truth to power regarding torture during the Bush administration.
But his new incarnation as a TV "expert" claiming "WikiLeaks tried to steal the 2016 election" is disappointing. He was all-in for Hillary, and the title of his book hints that he was banking on a Hillary win.
