It depends on what the meaning of "indictment" is...
So it wasn't the indictment we wanted; the indictment where Hillary gets led off wearing an orange pantsuit and handcuffs, but, it was an 'indictment' nevertheless. Nowhere did Comey say 'nothing to see here, move along'. Comey made the incompetence, the lying, the arrogance, and the corruption real and on record. No longer will Hillary be able to hide behind her lies. Her word against Comey's - give me a break.
So where does this leave her high profile endorsers such as Warren, Brown, Lewis, DeBlasio etc.? Are they going to be motivated to put themselves out there to say 'I'm with Her'? Forget about Obama, he doesn't have to go through another election, he's done in more ways than one.
So where does this leave us? Could Hillary's numbers against Trump go up after this? I don't think so. The genie was just let out of the bottle for Trump. Hillary will crawl into the convention a severely damaged candidate.

and at least become a focus for our energy. If nothing else than to be the official provider of information and options on what we can do next. That's one of the things about the Green Party. Their platform is pretty much what we want, they are small but they are organized and gaining more recognition each day. And they aren't corrupt, a novelty in American politics today. They are actually much like what we Sanders supporters saw in his run for the Presidency, although that looks to be pretty much petering out.
All this uncertainty all of a sudden is not good. And it is effecting us, even in small ways. I am currently having a family 'disagreement' with my 21-year old Grandson because told me he's voting for Shills because Bernie is going to vote for her. And the websites he goes on show a lot of other people saying they're doing that too. And if Bernie is voting for her, then that's good enough for him. He's not listening to reason, at least MY reasons why his logic is wrong. And I've quit trying because his vote is his vote. That's what I tell everyone who baits me about who I support. But he still irks me.

Classified info of any kind passing through anything other than "secured" communication channels is verboten... period. ANYONE who has EVER held any type of government job (contractor or other) has had this drilled into them over and over and over again. Plenty of examples abound within arm's reach of what happens if you screw it up, too. And none of them are as rosy as what Hill just got (despite the innuendos Comey managed).
But what REALLY gets me is, despite being told absolutely "NO" by everyone above and around her, including the Tech people responsible for the DoS, she went right on ahead and hired a tech to build her a SERVER at her house for HER to use for GOV'T classified business! The fact she also used it to play solitaire or to host email only adds to that first violation, IME. She had no type of gov't security apparatus like a secured link to SiprNet, not even VMWare. And I'll lay odds nothing was "blocked" on her server like the inane blocks we have where I work!
To be upfront about this - I have a dog in this fight, in a way. I drive 45 miles to and from work everyday. I've had back surgery with no options for more, and no relief from the disintegrating state of pain. I've had one hip replacement that has issues still after I broke the hip soon after. I also have the other one which will need to be replaced soon. On top of all that, I have lupus.
And yet, it took 3 years and throwing all but a hissy fit to get approved to telecommute 2 days a week! This after being declared "disabled" by my doctor for 5 years prior to that. My work is 100% "on the web." In fact, most days I don't even boot up the NiprNet computer. They've blocked and locked it down in so many policy restrictions I can't do the work I need to do. I fought for (and got) an older machine to run strictly on government WiFi. It's not the doorstop the NiprNet machine has become, but it's still restricted by policies.
When the PTB declared my pain meds verboten, it came down to either letting me telecommute or quitting. At that point, I told them I was willing to file a disability discrimination action, if necessary. THIS is what it took for me to be able to do my job from home for just 2 days a week. And yet, there's HC snapping her fingers for her tech boy to build whatever it is she needs and she'll do it her way, thank you very much.
Inequality takes on MANY forms. "Entitlement" takes on many forms.
And then there's the demands of royalty -- from which HC seems to believe she is rightfully descended. ARGH!

Well there isn't much
left to say that hasn't been said but I will say this,if I knew nothing else about hrc just the fact that the head of the FBI stated she was Extremely Careless with classified gov't info.I wouldn't vote for her. I don't think this is the type of behavior people are looking for in a commander and chief and you can bet trump and the repug's are not about to let anyone forget it.
Fortunately for the United States and the world,
the $hill now is dead in the water, POTUS or no. Her one-term presidency will be fully occupied with inquiries, subpoenas, investigations, and Congressional hearings -- all of them (no doubt at all, now) - fully warranted.
