I posted this link in the OT today, but it is rather hidden.
I just watched the entire 2+ hours and I echo these thoughts to the point I wanted to carve it out as a stand alone piece. Fast forward through the few commercial announcements.
Calley & Casey Means: How Big Pharma Keeps You Sick, and the Dark Truth About Ozempic and the Pill
Casey Means was a Stanford-educated surgeon. Her brother Calley was a lobbyist for pharma and the food industry. Both quit their jobs in horror when they realized how many people were being killed by the systems they participated in. This is an amazing story.
They are working with both Trump and RFK. I think the possibility that Bobby will be able to regulate the health agencies is a large part of his campaign actions.
Truth is the first victim of war, as the adage goes. Truth tellers are perhaps the first victims of a corrupt injustice system. Julian led the way. Recently Scott Ritter was targeted. Richard Medhurst was arrested as a terrorist in the UK this week for telling the truth about Palestine. Last week Judge Nap was kicked off YouTube for something Pepe said. Tulsi is on the terror watch list. Telegram founder Pavel Durov was arrested in Paris for allowing free speech on his platform. The censorship industrial complex has jumped the shark of late, and narrative control is the goal.
If you've been promoted from junior high or middle school you've learned never to trust anything any of these people say in an election run-up.
Afternoon folks!
This week we've got some great blues for you from Percy Mayfield and a compilation of Texas women blues singers with diverse styles. After that in the blues rock category, there's an album from Texas' Doug Sahm and the Sir Douglas Quintet, an (imo) overlooked excellent album featuring Robin Trower and Jack Bruce, a late 80's album from Savoy Brown and a kind of peculiar album from Ten Years After. We finish up with some prog-rock from Gentle Giant.
Enjoy the tunes and have a great weekend!
Good morning, good people!
After the week of travel that occurred 3 weeks ago, I am still in travel mode in my mind, thinking of visiting historical sites, natural wonders, but this is the passage of time to the now, as Kamala would say.
This week the University of California system has decided to ban encampments and face masks “ensure a safe, inclusive campus climate that fosters a free exchange of ideas”. As long as those ideas don't upset the political establishment. This is just the latest example.
What result would you expect from the nexus of big money and the mainstream media in our electoral process? Big money invests in protecting big money and the media invests in making big money for the media. Big money seems to be the common denominator on this grease slickened mobius strip of an election process, wouldn't you say?
Would this current circus of an election not be the natural evolutionary point of that amalgamation of greed, deceit and avarice?
