In September Turkey decided to buy a Russian S-400 missile system in defiance of U.S. sanction threats.
The threats remain, but the sanctions never happened.
It appears that Old Guard leadership of the Democratic Party may not be able to just waltz back into power. At least not without a fight.
For starters, a 'Never Nancy' caucus is forming.
