Five weeks ago the Democrats had an enormous 13-point advantage over the Republicans in RealClearPolitics’ average of polling. If the midterm elections happened then it would have flipped both houses of Congress.
"Look over there! Scary Trump!" has not worked like the Dem establishment thought it would.
The Inevitable Demographic Wave is looking further and further away.

We don't usually turn to Nashville based evangelical firm LifeWay Research for good news of any sort.
But LifeWay has surveyed 1000 Americans and found that nearly 60% do not believe that it is morally wrong for someone to identify with a gender different than the one usually associated with the one assigned at birth. And the majority do not believe that it is morally wrong to change one's body to match one's gender identity by taking hormones or having surgery.

Hillary is fighting a two-front war, something which no army would ever choose to do if it had the choice. But HRC does not have a choice. This is hurting her, and I predict, it will hurt her badly--even mortally in the political sense.

Trump 45, Clinton 42
Sanders 46, Trump 42
No one cares at TOS, but this is the first time a real poll (ie not one of the internet ones) shows Trump actually ahead. There are reasons to be suspicious of it (they have the electorate as GOP +1, it almost certainly will be better than Dem +4).
The likely Democratic voters are split very much along age, Sanders leads 83-12 in the 18-29 demo, but trails 31-63 in the over 60+ demo.
Sanders trails with non-white voters, 42-58, but nonetheless leads Milwaukee City/County by 49-45. He leads the "Madison Media Market" 52-42, but his greatest regional lead is in the north and west of the state (much of which is rural): 54-42.
