Enemies of Peace

Many forces are arrayed to block any chance of peace around the world. Forces like the MIC, big oil, the banksters, war whore neocons and neolibs, the EU vassals, Zionists, the deep state graft machine, the five eyes, media propagandists, and more. No wonder there's forever war all over the globe.

Afternoon folks!

This week is (surprise) a great blues week. Starting off, we've got one of my favorite T-Bone Walker albums which features a lot of his classic compositions, after that there's an album from blues harmonica player Papa Lightfoot. Finishing up, we've got two great New Orleans artists, Snooks Eaglin with a compilation album and Dr. John with a live album.

Good morning, good people!

The official holiday was Thursday, the unofficial corporate enticement for the plebes to spend holiday was Friday, so today is post-holiday rest and relaxation for two consecutive days. Enjoy, friends!

And now, I speak of deer. They were here daily, then every few days, then gone for almost 2 weeks, but a few days ago, a buck ran across the pasture, sort of gimpy in his gait, then disappeared into the woods. Days of no deer guys, then Friday just at sunset, a doe comes to eat, hanging around, grazing, beautiful. I just never know about the deer guys.

What must they be thinking?

Sorry for the late posting. Must be lethargy from too much festivities yesterday.

Thanksgiving and the day after have always been my favorite holidays. A series of days - clean the house, cook, bake, prep for a crowd, then the house filled to capacity with gratitude for those present and those who live in our memories, and to complete the holiday a quiet reflective day. Then normal life continues.

I hope everyone is having a great holiday, with good food, family and friends (if one desires), and loved ones. I would like for all of us who have been ill from whatever cause to have a wonderful day and, I dunno, maybe the powers above (and/or below) would let everyone get better? That would rock!!
