CORRUPTION

The fraud, corruption and wasteful mismanagement is so deeply ingrained in the present capitalist system that it can make a person "insane" trying to follow up the politicians of both parties, the large corporate charities, the bankers, transnational corporations and media cronies as their corruption poisons the world.

OK... I have questions in chat of which charities have a good reputation in Haiti for actually doing something to help Haitians both short term and long term. In my experience big International aid agencies (Think Clinton Foundation, Red Cross etc.) are mostly "disaster capitalists" and can have serious problems with actually helping.

I have been a consistent critic of big money "aid" programs to countries like my own for decades. USAID programs. Bolivia, for example, were often directed at subverting our elected socialist government and constitutional process in Bolivia.

Black activists and immigration groups have banded together in a coalition called #Rights4AllInDR to protest the Dominican Republic's policy to make people of Haitian descent in the Dominican Republic stateless.

In two days about a quarter of a million people will be made stateless. They will have no homes, no passports, and no civil rights. There are several reasons for this, but the primary reason is racism.
