Sue 'em all, sue 'em all!

Right on, Hillary! Companies that manufacture lethal weapons should be liable for the tragic deaths they cause. Do any of the *corporate* lawyers in your realm know an actual *trial* lawyer who would be willing to represent the bereaved survivors of innocent victims in Yemen when we go after McDonnell Douglas, Boeing Defense, and Space&Security for manufacturing THESE motherfuckas:

Open Thread - April 7, 2016 - Why I Will Vote For Hillary Rodham Clinton

First of all, like all the famous killers, she's got three names.

ok, that's about all I've got on that subject.

wait! Maybe I can come up something else.

ok, I'm at her website which lists 112 reasons to vote for her. Let's check them out!

Bill - an anchor, or an asset?

I've been trying to keep track of Clinton's appearances of late and came to two conclusions.

1. He really is not the same man. His choice of words, his mannerisms, even his demeanor aren't what they used to be.

2. The media is studiously ignoring or refusing to comment on it.

In an AOL article, the purported topic was his inability to deal with current technology, but the real gem was right there to be read:

Game on!

Sanders has apparently had enough and has decided to state the unvarnished truth: Hillary Clinton is in the pockets of the special interests, helped get us into a senseless and illegal war, and is therefor unqualified to be President of the United States. My thoughts exactly. A more specific case can be made against Clinton and I'm sure Sanders will be making it soon.

Bernie's path to victory: Wisconsin and Beyond!

[This was written before Wisconsin. I'll have an update after NY/PA]

After the March primaries/caucuses and re-allocation from earlier races, Bernie has 1038 delegates. Bernie’s pledged delegate deficit now sits at 228. That means he needs to win 988 of the remaining 1747 delegates or 56.5% to secure the majority of pledged delegates.

We started out on March 16 needing almost 60% of remaining delegates, that is now down to 56.5% of those remaining.

Swan Song - HRC Sliding in Polls, Losing States and $$$

[video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eSGLTnL-aZE]

The reason that rich people are rich is because they don't send good money after bad.

The reason that HRC is "annoyed" by the Sanders campaign refusal to "tone it down" and to not just butt out of the DNC scheduled coronation is because her polls are slip-slip-slidin' away.

People slamming Sanders betray deep ignorance of financial crises and remedies for them.

[Cross post from Daily Kos]

There’s a diary published yesterday which reaches various conclusions from Bernie’s interview with the editorial board of the NY Daily News. I believe those conclusions are largely wrong.

Let me start with a section of this diary I find truly remarkable:
