Get ready for $100 oil?

Selection_011_0.png

U.S. sanctions have taken hundreds of thousands of barrels of Iranian and Venezuelan oil off the market.
The only reason prices haven't skyrocketed is increased U.S. and Saudi production.
Now this happened.

Yemen's Houthi rebels have attacked Saudi Arabia's oil facilities with drones, the Houthi-run Al-Masirah news agency said Saturday.
A Yemen armed forces spokesman was quoted by the agency as saying the Houthis successfully carried out a "large-scale" operation with 10 drones targeting Saudi Aramco oil facilities in Abqaiq and Khurais.
...
"We promise the Saudi regime that the next operation will be wider and more painful if the blockade and aggression continues," the spokesman added.
The Saudi-led coalition battling the Houthi rebels said in a statement it's investigating the attacks and would confront "terrorist" threats to global energy security.
One of the facilities, at Abqaiq, is the company's largest oil-processing facility and the largest crude oil stabilization plant in the world, according to the oil company, Aramco.

Saudi Arabia produces approximately 10% of the total global supply of 100 million barrels per day.
People with knowledge of Saudi's oil operations told CNN that capacity at Aramco's oil facilities is "down at this stage by 5 million barrels a day," meaning 5% of the daily global oil is affected.

If the Houthis can do it once then they can do it again.

The markets have totally underestimated the danger.

@GreatLakeSailor

Blame it on Iran and get Israel to start the war off and then we can finally have our last Middle East war and then the price of oil will shoot up tp $200 barrel. This can get the recession ball rolling too. Two birds with one stone. Yippee. Oh yeah..just ignore the fact that China and Russia might come to Iran's defense which could then start our last WW too. Beats having to deal with climate change right?

Lots of profits in the misery of the masses. Question is: will they gain marketshare this time like all the others? I'm not so sure of that this time around - when reality laps satire and irony, the paradigm is toast - globally, the paradigm is toast.

Of course we might just sleepwalk into it, NPC style - going along to get along.

PAC-2 are older U.S. made air defense systems which can not 'see' small drones or cruise missiles.

The Saudis might want to buy some of Russia's PAC 400's to defend their oil fields. Lots of other countries are doing just that. Snicker...

Maybe Iran will pick up the slack and start selling gas and oil again. Don't want Europe to freeze this winter. Venezuela could help out, too. Put a surplus of oil in the commodity markets and bring those gas prices down.

relection. But if it does he'd be a fool not to let Venezuela and Iran start selling it again. But if he starts a war with Iran his supporters will abandoned him. I hope. But from what I'm hearing here people are sick and tired of seeing our troops die when we aren't being threatened by Iran. But it looks like we are gearing up to invade Venezuela and our troops are playing new war games close to China. Just how much money do they cost every hour? The f-35's have returned to the air base by me and are flying lots more flights. One hour of fuel for a jet costs at least $30,00/hour. Multiply that by every air base in this country and overseas and off aircraft carriers...well you get the drift. But let's keep saying that we don't have money to help the homeless, the poor, disabled and elderly and keep gutting the programs we rely on.

BTW have people heard that Bezos butthead stopped giving his part time workers at Whole Foods insurance benefits? Bezos makes $100 million per day and yet many of his employees are relying on government programs. Same with Walmart and countless other companies. Bernie has a Bezos act in congress that will make any company that doesn't pay their workers a living wage have to reimburse the government. Chances of it passing are slim but it's a no brainer. You'd think that congress would go for it just to save money... you'd think.

But the Petrodollar collapse may not happen until after the 2020 election, so....

I have no idea what he’ll do.

Europe's oil costs, LNG for heating, is going to go sky high anyway because we charge them a lot more than Russia does. Russia made them a really sweet deal for the pipeline and the gas — which is why they are committed to Nord Stream. But it's not online yet, is it? They're close.

Of course, Americans always pay top dollar every day. The gas Americans consume is priced at the top of the global spot market. Even if it is their own oil. The American colonists never got a piece of that action. They have to pay retail for their own natural resources. No discounts.

One goes to a huge article on mini drones which if enough countries that we are threatening get their hands on will put our troops in danger and just maybe make us pull them out. I read his essay on how the war in Yemen was over when drones first hit the Saudis, but didn't take it seriously. I was wrong...okay. Now if we can get Trump not to attack Iran, but it looks doubtful.

I know nothing about this website, but the author talks about the replacement for Bolton is not good news for Iran.

Another Zionist Loon Will Replace Bolton: Mark Dankof

“The firing of Bolton is a laughable attempt by the President to cover for his War Party/Sheldon Adelson handlers. Trump's betrayal of his America-First constituency is becoming increasingly obvious to everyone but the brain-dead. Unfortunately, the latter category comprises most Americans who watch Mainstream Media in this country, both Republicans and Democrats. It is noteworthy that Mr. Trump will and has now replace(d) Mr. Bolton, at least temporarily, with another radical Neo-Conservative/Zionist loon in an attempt to continue the charade with his own voters that he will extricate them in 2020 and beyond from the quagmire in the Middle East dived into in earnest by George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and Company. It simply will not work. I told National Bugle Radio on the Republic Broadcasting Network today that real American Nationalists cannot continue to support this man or his policies unless there is an immediate, radical change in direction. There is no earthly reason to believe there will be. After all, Mr. Trump illegitimately and unilaterally pulled the United States out of the JCPOA/P5+1 deal with Iran. He moved the American Embassy in Israel illegitimately and illegally to Jerusalem. He continues to aid and abet Mr. Netanyahu's land thievery of the Occupied Territories and East Jerusalem, the Gaza Genocide, and the Saudi-Israel Genocide taking place in Yemen.

His Zionist rhetoric on Iran is matched by illegal and illegitimate economic sanctions on Iran even though Iran abided by the terms of the multilateral nuclear deal that Trump negated. When one adds to all of this the continued encirclement of Putin's Russia by NATO and American military assets, the illegal attempts to overthrow the Venezuelan government, and the Neo-Conservative/Zionist charade Mr. Trump continued to maintain on international TV regarding 9-11 on the 18th Anniversary, how it happened and who was behind it, I have concluded the situation is hopeless. I said so on Twitter and for a film documentary on 9-11 which airs in your country this Sunday. And make no mistake about it: The Democrats will have a Zionist tool as their 2020 nominee, despite their political posturing about desiring a foreign policy of "Peace." Bolton is gone, at least for now, but the Zionist stranglehold on United States foreign policy and American domestic politics and institutions continues unabated. Both Trump and his "Opposition" know this, but are simply playing games. The Whitney Webb articles for Mint Press News on the Epstein-Maxwell-Pedophile Network and her essay on Christian Zionism both go a long way toward explaining how sick the American political process is, regardless of which major party wins a Presidential election. The Israeli-Zionist PAC money game in Federal elections published by the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs on an annual basis is another key to understanding the 5th Stage Cancer of the American Empire. (But Russia right?)

....
It is the absolute control the Zionist entity possesses over American institutions and policies that has been the case since the assassination of John F. Kennedy. This is not an accident, by the way. Your readers need to be acquainted with Laurent Guyenot's Did Israel Kill the Kennedys? and the complete text of Michael Collins Piper's Final Judgment, to see how much power and control I am speaking of

I have heard rumors about Israel's involvement in Kennedy's assassination, but didn't know what to think of it. Anyone?

There are lots of links in this excerpt that look interesting, but this one gives me the heeby jeepies!

My own post for Charles Bausman's Russia Insider on the LGBTQ movement and its tactics of infiltration and societal subversion was penned with both Russia and Iran in mind. I have sent this to top officials of your government as a warning, as I did in the case of my warnings to the Iranian nation in 2013 on the way in which the Pearl Harbor attack would serve as a primer for American/Zionist machinations involving your country.

I'd be interested in someone else's opinion on this. Not the LGBT one. I read it and dismissed it..

ETA.. I have read the article on the Kennedy's and Israel. It brings up some good points, but the site has an anti Jewish twist to it. IMO..

firmly insisted that Israel's nuclear facilities would be inspected by the U.S., at a time we now know in hindsight that they were surrepticiously acquiring and developing nuclear weapons.

Pretty straight forward. They were willing to go to any means to obtain nuclear weapons and he stood in the way.

@entrepreneur is Kennedy was suspicious of Israel having a secret nuke weapons program at the Dimona facility to go with the peaceful energy program. He repeatedly requested outside inspections, and apparently by the time the Israelis agreed after consistent delays (suspicious in itself) they had arranged for a Potemkin visit which fooled the visiting US scientists. Kennedy and the CIA were still suspicious, but the Israelis had succeeded so far with their deception.

Very much doubt this has anything to do with the assassination. Israel in Nov '63 wouldn't have had the ability to control the Secret Service, the Dallas PD, among other groups to carry it out, then also be in a position to arrange for the coverup of the investigation by the gov't and MSM. Imo, it wasn't until after the 1967 USS Liberty incident that the US-Israeli deep bond was confirmed. Partners in crime you might say.

I did gain knowledge reading the links. Are you familiar with the "Washington Report on Middle East Affairs"? I wasn't until now.

The Washington Report is published by the American Educational Trust (AET), founded in 1982 as a non-profit foundation. AET's Foreign Policy Committee has included former U.S. ambassadors, government officials, and members of the United States Congress, including the late Democratic Senator J. William Fulbright and Republican Senator Charles Percy, both former chairmen of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

The Washington Report on Middle East Affairs states its position as follows:

The Washington Report on Middle East Affairs does not take partisan domestic political positions. As a solution to the Israeli–Palestinian conflict, it endorses U.N. Security Council Resolution 242's land-for-peace formula, supported by seven successive U.S. presidents. In general, the Washington Report supports Middle East solutions which it judges to be consistent with the charter of the United Nations and traditional American support for human rights, self-determination and fair play.

.

The entire Wikipedia page for WRMEA was an eye-opener. They keep accurate accountings of the money that changes hands in Congress to buy votes, which is my key interest. They also publish useful statistics and surveys.

The Washington Report on Middle East Affairs

All Americans should get a copy and start influencing Congressional votes in US foreign policy decisions. The American people could benefit profoundly from doing so.

But I did remember reading the article on JFK and Israel's possible role in killing him. I read that RFK jr doesn't think Sirhan killed his dad and that the autopsy showed he had been shot from behind and Sirhan's gun used blanks. Another CIA psyops?

Thanks for the links. From Wikipedia

The Washington Report has published dozens of articles about the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).[citation needed] In 1989, founders Andrew Killgore and Richard Curtiss joined other plaintiffs in complaining that the Federal Election Commission had improperly refused to label AIPAC a "political action committee" (PAC) and require AIPAC to disclose the sources and uses of money. The case went to the United States Supreme Court.[3] The Supreme Court ruled in a majority decision that the plaintiffs had the right to raise issues regarding AIPAC, but referred the PAC matter back to the FEC because the FEC was drafting its membership threshold rules to directly address the unclear issue. The FEC decided that AIPAC did not spend an amount of time or money on political issues to make it a PAC, and in 2010 the last of WRMEA's appeals to have the FEC ruling reversed was dismissed

Aipac has never registered as a foreign lobbyist group and that is one thing JFK was pushing for before his death. Manafort is in prison for that as well as tax evasion, etc, but John and Tony Podesta are both walking free even though they worked with Manafort in Ukraine. Funny how no one with connections to the Clintons ever goes to prison.

The attack on the Liberty, their stealing from us on many counts and the recent discovery of their spying on Trump and us are rarely covered by the media.

BTW. Trump tweeted that we are locked and loaded to go after Iran for bombing the Saudi oil fields and he says we have a good idea who did it. But he is waiting for the Saudis to tell him who they think did it. Yay! More dead Americans for a foreign country. Guess no one thinks that the Saudis and Israel should have skin in the game. Grrr!

@dervish For a number of years, I have read military experts (non establishment) talk about asymertical warfare; attacking in ways not defined by the strategies of WWII combat. In 2004 the US staged a war game called Millennium Challenge 2002 which was against an Iran like adversary. The defending Marine general used unconventional methods to cause big time loses to US conventional war tactics. I remember one of the tactics was to hand deliver combat orders to circumvent US superior electronic maonitoring. The number of ships this brilliant Marine general sunk was incredible using "asymeterical warefar methods. The war game was stopped and the Marine general was basically told to let the other generals and admirals win.

Long Range Attack On Saudi Oil Field Ends War On Yemen

Today Saudi Arabia finally lost the war on Yemen. It has no defenses against the new weapons the Houthis in Yemen acquired. These weapons threaten the Saudis' economic lifelines.

Drones launched by Yemen’s Houthi rebels attacked a massive oil and gas field deep inside Saudi Arabia’s sprawling desert on Saturday, causing what the kingdom described as a “limited fire” in the second such recent attack on its crucial energy industry.
...
The Saudi acknowledgement of the attack came hours after Yahia Sarie, a military spokesman for the Houthis, issued a video statement claiming the rebels launched 10 bomb-laden drones targeting the field in their “biggest-ever” operation. He threatened more attacks would be coming.

Moon called this about a month ago.
