Huge!! New PPP poll: Sanders runs ahead of Clinton with Hispanic voters in a race against Trump

From PewHispanic:

Hispanic millennials will account for nearly half (44%) of the record 27.3 million Hispanic eligible voters projected for 2016—a share greater than any other racial or ethnic group of voters, according to a new Pew Research Center analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data.

The large footprint of Latino millennial eligible voters reflects the oversized importance of youth in the U.S.-born Latino population and as a source of Latino eligible voter growth. The median age among the nation’s 35 million U.S.-born Latinos is only 19 (Stepler and Brown, 2015), and Latino youth will be the main driver of growth among Latino eligible voters over the next two decades. Between 2012 and 2016, about 3.2 million young U.S.-citizen Latinos will have advanced to adulthood and become eligible to vote, according to Pew Research Center projections. Nearly all of them are U.S. born—on an annual basis, some 803,000 U.S.-born Latinos reached adulthood in recent years.

With Hispanic voter registration spiking and Latinos the largest ethic group in California (surpassing whites) Bernie looks to make some major delegate gains in the remaining primaries.

Congrats to Bernie and The Berners for WV win projected by MSNBC!!!!

Let's hope it translates unto some common sense. The best way to beat Trump is Bernie. We can only hope the remaining states bury Hillary in an avalanche of Bernie votes. Eager to see WVA tally.

if information is kept flowing that 1) Sanders has not dropped out, 2) still has a chance to win IF people do not give up hope and will vote their conscience and 3) the media is giving out the false information to steer the election.

In the last week, media mentions: Trump--31,869; Clinton--10,293, Sanders--4,537. Online newspapers and magazines are publishing 90% negative stuff on Sanders, his campaign and his supporters. So the fact that there is a race needs to be kept in front of the future voters at all times for the next month.

The part speaking about Millenials is another news source (I believe).

However, millennials make up nearly 50 percent of Hispanic voters. So Sanders big advantages with younger voters is a major factor.

Bernie is a win-win.

that Sanders polling advantages weren't firm and that his big advantages would evaporate when he was subject to more scrutiny. However, at this point, the consistent advantages are much stronger, and in many states he has actively campaigned and spent a lot of money on advertising, so the other side wouldn't have the luxury of defining him first. It is also clear that he would bring new voters to the polls and would likely have a bigger benefit downballot.

Having said that, his entire campaign platform and argument is a threat to the lucrative revolving door that politicians, staff and family members walk through. So I almost think the Democratic leadership in DC would accept a narrower win with Clinton, even to the point of risking a loss at the top of the ticket and having fewer wins downballot, so long as the party nominee preserves the current, very lucrative and very corrupt system.

People talk about how critical it is to fix Citizens United, but honestly, that's only the tip of the iceberg. The fact that a politician can legally make over a hundred million in 15 years giving hour-long speeches, bring in billions to a private family charity, and have a kid with no journalism background get paid nearly $700,000 for a no-work job with a major network, is an even bigger scandal. The system is rotten, and people aren't comfortable about the light that Sanders is shining. They wanted him to go away months ago, and the way that the DNC is managing the convention and basically sidelining Sanders supporters from the rules committee and other convention committees is a reflection of how they see him and his candidacy as more of a problem for the party, than an opportunity.

The DNC would absolutely allow a few downballot Dems to take a loss, because status-quo! It's already in the works, as is everything at the DNC (just a hunch on my part).

With each passing day, I am mentally cleansing myself of the party I've believed in and voted for all of my life. This will be the first election that I will have to change my affiliation-however I can vote for Bernie is how I'll vote. I'm in Michigan and I don't know how yet.
