Larry Johnson put together a list of the boy who cried
wolf and came up with eleven instances of reversal by
taco trumpet. I think this is mostly to manipulate the markets
for the advantage of his cronies by shorting stocks. Reversals:

The ROW is laughing at the US POTUS indecisiveness at this point. I'm sure

Another thought I had regarding motive
