The Dead End of the Week - 11-24-24

Afternoon folks!

Hey is this thing on? Can you guys in the back hear?

Well, then, let's try this again ...

This week I've been thinking about good Dark Stars:

Dark Star/Wharf Rat/Dark Star 2/18/71

There you go, the floor is yours.

It's 23 hour or 11pm with temp at 14.5c and winds gusting to 41kph.

Had to pull in window boxes of mums and pansies after one got scooped out of the window. All pots off the front wall too.

It's a constant effort to keep plants alive around here.

Hope all is well with you and yours.

A society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they know they shall never sit. Allegedly Greek, but more possibly fairly modern quote.

@Dawn's Meta

sorry to hear about the weather, i hope everything goes well now that you've battened down the hatches. in my neck of the woods we're on the cusp of a hard freeze pretty soon, probably this week. ms shikspack still has plants blooming in the garden after some pretty good rains the last few days.

have a good one!
