Remember November 20!! WHY?
November almost rhymes with "remember and 20 (twenny) almost rhymes with money. So? November 20 = "remember money". Before dedollarization wipes it out entirely, money is still what this site runs on, money and Johnny's blood, sweat, and tears. I have a hunch it would always be welcome, but 11/20 is a good day to send some if you have some to spare because it is a handy memnonic. If you ain't got the dough to spare, that's cool, just something to keep in mind for when you do.

I have no defense to the implicit accusation of freeloading, I have been posting my thoughts here for almost four years now without paying a penny to support the board. So, guilty as charged is the final verdict.
In my not very humble opinion, the most pertinent and the wisest idea that I have gathered here for free came from Johnny himself: The same behind-the-scenes operators who manage the mainstream narrative have the motive and the means to generate both sides of the "public debate." That public debate boils down to internet palaver such as occurs on this board.
The implications from this insight have led me to a personal decision -- Farewell, C-99. Freeloading ride is over.

Apparently the idea of hijacking a starship is taken from Robert A. Heinlein's Methuselah's Children. It might not be important. Kantner wrote Heinlein asking for permission to use the idea, and Heinlein granted it.

So, the Ukies are now firing their British Storm Shadows into Russia as well as our ATACMS, and the US embassy in Kyiv is being evacuated. If I were serving on a NATO base in the region, I'd be getting my affairs in order.
Come to think of it, I'm also getting my affairs in order anyway. My wife and I just redid our wills, our living wills, and our DNR orders. We just finished paying off the last of our debts back last summer, so we don't have to worry about our urns getting repo'ed. I guess that we're in about as good a shape as we're likely to get, for this new chapter we are entering. I think that the title of this chapter will be "And Find Out".
It all seems so unnecessary. Too bad that we don't have a functioning government, one that values the lives of its citizens as much as the MIC grift that lines their pockets. Ah, well...
At least the white-flash nightmares will end.
