Do I Really Need to Worry About Hillary’s Emails? Yes. She Should Be Indicted.

This article is extensive and it thoroughly details the legal issues and outlines the entire subject matter in a comprehensive straightforward manner. It is way too long to quote sections in any meaningful manner to do it justice, therefore I implore you to click on the link and read it for yourself.

IT IS A MUST READ.

And, yes, I think it is clear from this article that Hillary Rodham Clinton will be indicted.
Do I Really Need to Worry About Hillary’s Emails? Yes. She Should Be Indicted.

Hillary Clinton’s email scandal is one of the most important, yet undiscussed issues of the 2016 election. Despite how long the media has been covering it, I don’t think most people really understand what’s going on. Almost everyone I know is genuinely unsure of what exactly she did wrong and as a result are more willing to accept the scandal as nothing more than a partisan, or sexist, effort to bring her down (me 3 days ago). The disinterest in the scandal seems to be cemented on the left as a result of Bernie Sanders refusing to attack her on the issue thus far in the campaign; something the Republican nominee will certainly do. So why are so many Republicans convinced this is a scandal that should topple the presumptive Democratic nominee for President? Do I really need to be worried?

Yes, you need to be worried.

Despite being a mostly liberal Democrat and a Hillary admirer, I’ve come to the conclusion that Hillary Clinton and her aides not only violated numerous federal criminal statutes, but may have conducted a cover up to hide incriminating evidence – the likes of which forced Richard Nixon to resign as President. This article was intended to be a quick, digestible piece to help everyone get caught up on the scandal, but I really had no idea how complex this issue was. Here is the takeaway – I believe the FBI will refer Hillary Clinton for indictment for a violation of Section 1924 and Section 793 of Title 18 US Criminal Code dealing with deletion, retention and transmission of classified documents. If prosecuted and convicted, the punishment would be some combination of a fine, a year in prison or 10 years in prison. The implications for the Presidential race will be discussed.

at least if the Globe isn't just blowing smoke up everyone's ass (as tabloids usually do).

And if the Globe isn't just blowing smoke, it makes her an even bigger goddamn lying hypocrite. "Sanctity of marriage", my ass.

Everyone has been so caught up on the national security side of the email scandal, but I think there's a lot of personal emails exchanged that from a PR perspective - at least on the Right - are going to be equally problematic.

So I started poking around the intertubz, and.... damn, am I the last person to know that what Huma suggested would be be "terrible" to potentially come out of the email releases has been around as a serious rumor for decades? I might have heard suggestions back in the 90's used in a way I thought was a dumb schoolyard taunt, but... damn. This could be one more reason Hillary wanted to keep control of her server and have first crack at deleting emails. Otherwise why would she care if some State Department bureaucrat had to go through everything and separate the personal from the professional when answering a FOIA request? As if this couldn't be made into an even bigger circus?

DOMA anybody? Fuck her!

And I'd like to take this opportunity to issue a blanket apology to any Hillary supporters that read this--if you're offended, sorry, I can't help you by stopping my rants to this end. Maybe just avoid me? Because at this point, I simply do not understand how anyone can still support this person to be our President, with all the actual "law" related stuff that she should have known better than to try to subvert AND now, what appears to be the nine miles of dysfunction in her personal life--when we know that the GOP will relentlessly pound her with it.

She is not the best candidate. If the Dem leadership insists on shoving her down the throat of the electorate anyway, they can go fuck themselves, too. The. End.

For each time a Hillbot posted these on the GOS...

Just as the most important thing in 2008 was that Obama is black, the most important thing in 2016 is that Hillary is a woman. That trumps everything else.

As Democrats, we all believe that all citizens are equal. As well informed political observers, we have learned that some Democrats have earned the right to be treated as special.

I'd be a 1%er...

Of course they don't understand what is really important to a "Issues Voter," so I'm a sexist pig...

But your list of issues was pretty damn good...

Seems like I read somewhere that the FBI had wikileak copies of some the Hilliary's emails, and they were not included in the emails she turned over to them. There may be more there there than we hear in the MSM. All they say is she's inevitable...they want her and the TPP.

Will Obama let them indict...that is the question.

he did a good job of separating out what is the real issue from the talking points. He might have put some spin on it from his political perspective, but overall, I agree with what he had to say as far as the issues. The real question in the end will be not if a crime was committed because at least one of more crimes were committed, but whether or not she is too big to prosecute.

but that server going to Platte River? Now that is a problem. I once had a clearance and there are words to this day that I will not utter regarding that. The thought that she took a whole damned server loaded with information, government information not just the classified stuff, to me shows an arrogance for the law that is just stunning. I know these people are corrupt, but my God, the stupidity of that! Her excuse of not being tech savvy damned well should NOT help her here. If she cannot be trusted to figure that out, then who in hell should?

And that Saudi connection to Benghazi? Of course that is why no one ever wants this to be released. Personally, I bet even Repugnants know better than to bring up any thing ugly the Saudis do. That relationship is far too old, important and non-partisan for anyone to be allowed to damage it.
