Federal Judge Rejects DOD Claim That Pfizer EUA and Comirnaty Vaccines Are ‘Interchangeable’
A federal district court judge rejected a claim by the U.S. Department of Defense that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine being administered under Emergency Use Authorization is interchangeable with Pfizer’s fully licensed Comirnaty vaccine.A federal district court judge has rejected a claim by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine being administered under Emergency Use Authorization is interchangeable with Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine, which in August was fully licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
In an order issued Nov. 12 in Doe et al. v. Austin, U.S. Federal District Judge Allen Winsor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida denied a preliminary injunction requested by 16 service members against the U.S. Military’s COVID vaccine mandate. A hearing is scheduled for Sept. 14, 2022.
However, the judge’s acknowledgment that “the DOD cannot mandate vaccines that only have an EUA” is significant for two reasons.
One reason pertains to the difference in ingredients and manufacturing process between Pfizer’s EUA vaccine and the approved Comirnaty vaccine, and the other pertains to the legal difference between a fully licensed vaccine and an EUA vaccine.

WASHINGTON, Dec 2 (Reuters) - President Joe Biden on Thursday laid out his strategy to fight the Omicron and Delta coronavirus variants over the winter, including free and insurer-funded at-home COVID-19 testing and new requirements for international travelers.The U.S. government will require private health insurers to reimburse their 150 million customers for the cost of over-the-counter, at-home COVID-19 tests, administration officials said, and make 50 million tests available free through rural clinics and health centers for the uninsured.
Reimbursement for tests will not kick in, however, until January, missing the crucial holiday period when many families and groups gather indoors.
"We're going to fight this variant with science and speed, not chaos and confusion," Biden said at the National Institutes of Health in Maryland, while warning that infections will rise this winter.

"Unvaccinated MTA workers’ spit is the key to the agency’s $100 million plan to test them weekly for COVID-19."
The testing program is run by Mount Sinai Health System — and a cartoon-like guide distributed by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and obtained by the Daily News tells workers how to participate.
The guide shows a smiling man dribbling saliva into a tube, which unvaccinated workers must fill with at least 2 milliliters of spit for the tests to work.
“Do not reopen the tube and try to add more saliva,” the guide explains, adding that workers must refrain from eating, drinking, smoking, chewing gum, brushing their teeth, flossing or using mouth wash for at least an hour before they spit in the tubes."
Once the workers muster enough spit, the must seal the tubes tight, go to a drop box fastened on the sides of token booths in subway stations or at other MTA workplaces, scan a QR code on the box, scan another code on the test tube and put their saliva sample into the receptacle, the guide states.
The tubes will then be collected by a vendor and transported to a lab for testing, said a Mount Sinai spokeswoman.
MTA representatives declined to answer questions as to what happens if unvaccinated workers don’t put enough spit in the tubes or decline to submit samples each week.
Transit officials have for months said they won’t implement a vaccine mandate for workers because it would worsen a crew shortage and cripple subway, bus and railroad service.
Nearly 30% of the MTA’s 66,500 employees — about 20,000 people — have not yet submitted proof of their vaccinations.
Since Oct. 4, those without proof of their shots have been required to instead provide weekly proof of a negative COVID-19 test — but over the last two months MTA officials have only checked the results from a fraction of unvaccinated employees.
Now transit officials aim to verify weekly tests from every unvaccinated worker and will streamline the process through the spit boxes, which are also available for vaccinated workers who want an easy test.
“Mount Sinai Health System is honored to be collaborating with MTA to enhance the safety of their essential workforce with frequent and highly accurate COVID PCR saliva testing,” said Dr. David Reich, president of Mount Sinai Hospital.
“Our shared development of this unique, accurate and highly convenient testing platform leverages the talents of both organizations.”

to determine the person is correctly identified with a portion of the spit used to match biometric genetic markers along with the sample. This will ensure ID and could also used to test quality and quantity of available DNA/RNA in sample to prove the person didn't rinse their throat/mouth before submitting sample.

Covid Experience
I was diagnosed with covid three months ago. I did not realize I had it because I did not have many of the typical symptoms because I also had a strep infection at the same time.
Being on Medicare, the government sends a statement of your treatments and how much they reimburse the providers. They did not pay for a strep test. Which means as far as they are concerned, I had Covid and nothing else.
Very interesting.

Background

To generate data to optimise selection of booster vaccines, we investigated the reactogenicity and immunogenicity of seven different COVID-19 vaccines as a third dose after two doses of ChAdOx1 nCov-19 (Oxford–AstraZeneca; hereafter referred to as ChAd) or BNT162b2 (Pfizer–BioNtech, hearafter referred to as BNT).
Findings
Between June 1 and June 30, 2021, 3498 people were screened. 2878 participants met eligibility criteria and received COVID-19 vaccine or control.

Serious adverse events were uncommon, similar in active vaccine and control groups. Interpretation
All study vaccines boosted antibody and neutralising responses after ChAd/ChAd initial course and all except one after BNT/BNT, with no safety concerns. Substantial differences in humoral and cellular responses, and vaccine availability will influence policy choices for booster vaccination.

There is a good discussion of the issue of when to time second doses and boosters. It may be true that the second doses need to be spaced further out than 3 or 4 weeks after the first.

How many people TOOK Ivermectin overall?
How many people overall had Covid 19 shots? The graph only gives a total population number for all categories. It is not broken out for each medication/treatment. You would need to compare total number of ivermectin users vs. total number of shot recipients to get the population percentages on adverse events.
Worldwide about 3.3 billion people have been vaccinated with two does of covid shots. So do the math on what percentage of people had adverse reactions.

Source for 3.3 billion is WHO. The number is higher
for those who have had one dose and numbers are still arriving on boosters.
If the figure 2.5 million is correct for reported side effects (which includes covid arm and other minor side effects, then the percentage of those who have had side effects from Covid shots is extremely low. There is no VAERS report site for Ivermectin (that I am aware of), so we have no idea of the percentage of Ivermectin takers who have had adverse events.
This is why the chart being offered without any other information is not helpful, other than just a tool to create MORE FEAR of the vaccines.

Countries which have used Ivermectin and the statistics show a reduction of cases and deaths. This will not be the best list, as I forget over time. Here goes:
- Europe...Czechia, Slovakia,
- India...Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, with millions; other states in India?
- Mexico...high Ivermectin countries.
- Bangladesh...poor country, with greatly better metrics than the US
- Japan...has just chucked the 'vaccines' out in favor of Ivermectin. See that in MSM?
- Africa...Zimbabewe, South Africa, Nanibia, the large middle sixty (60)% has been on Ivermectin for years to treat parasites. Many have said that the northern countries have hoarded the shots, which they have. The predictions were that underserved countries would have high levels of COVID. They have not. Rather they might be better off.
- South America/Central America...Panama, which countries? Peru? Chile?
- Florida...US. FLCCC doctor in Florida is free to prescribe Ivermectin. Cases are no worse than locked down California. There might be other states and cities which do not punish doctors from using preventatives, and treatments.
- South east Asia...?Philippines, Indonesia?
- Sweden...is an unusual situation. They have not mandated shots, although uptake is fairly high. But there have been no lockdowns; schools are open; people are carrying on normally. More on this? Ivermectin?
Any other countries or areas come to mind? I would love to get a single list together.
We could always create the other side of the coin: the highly vaccinated countries and states. For example:
- Gibraltar...over 100% shots, and they are cancelling Christmas because of COVID surges.
- Israel...suddenly dropped out of sight with the third and fourth shots. How are they doing?
- US States...with mandates not doing so well. Specifics?
- Australia...they are hardly bumping the numbers above average yearly deaths, cases. But totalitarian lockdown and mandates.
- New Zealand...another country with few deaths, in lockdown.
- Other highly injected countries??

The doctors will not prescribe IVM due to the narrowly defined use restrictions. I have not yet heard of docs getting punished yet, but who knows.
Similarly, pharmacists are reluctant to fill scripts unless it is prescribed for worms. It is a silly game they are playing, but I have been able to figure out a work around. Got a script from a doc in FL and a friendly gal at the local apothecary filled it for me.
I really think this is unconscionable.

The interview describes how a Presidential order (Trump) early in the pandemic called for distribution of HCQ to every person in the country to be drawn from the National Stockpile. We all know that never happened. How that Presidential Order was circumvented is described by Dr. Zelenko in the following video interview. It is profoundly disturbing.

The study you cited was fatally flawed.
It had been based almost entirely on the RECOVERY data. This in turn was based on the Surgisphere Studies on COVID-19 which has been retracted due to fraud. In addition they used higher, dangerous doses and gave the medication only in the later stages of infection w/o zinc where it is not efficacious. Like ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine needs to be given at the first sign of infection.
Drilling down from your link, the reason given for the "failure" of hydroxychloroquine was the results from the RECOVERY study:
The main source for the RECOVERY data came from Surgisphere. It is quite apparent that this fraud was engineered to prevent hydroxychloroquine use from affecting the EUA for the vaccines during Trump's term.
Unfortunately RECOVERY didn't correct their error and let things stand. That's FUCKING FRAUD and is playing with peoples lives.
The WHO and CDC are preventing a beneficial prophylaxis that if used early and with proper doses can save thousands of lives.
ALL the studies I cited are fatally flawed.

When I wrote about Omicron yesterday
...it ws only in a few places and WHO said it could not be discussed for another two weeks or longer because nobody really knows how infectious it really is and whether or not the vaccines offered protection from serious illness.
Today, it is an entirely different story and nobody is holding back. Today it is in many US states, with clusters of infection in New York snd elsewhere. Most of the patients have no connection with international travel, so infections are treated as community generated. How are they finding them all? The US finally has a sequencing task force looking at as many positive tests as possible. The US lost the battle with Covid-19 for a couple of striking reasons.
1. They never produced enough tests — and they still don't have enough tests in use to deal with an epidemic.
2. The lie about masks killed an unknown number of people in the US, not to mention throwing sick people back into nursing homes to infect the rest. The mask lies are still killing us. An estimated 97 percent of Americans wear counterfeit masks. The government never lifted a finger to supply them with hospital-clinical-grade masks. And no PSA's on how to use them.
3. So called public health organizations in the US never made genetic sequencing a top priority, so the nation's been flying blind all this time.
Clearly, Omicron has been here, and everywhere else, quietly spreading spreading itself. In three weeks it will blanket the nation. This might suggest that the infection is mild enough that it hasn't been too noticeable. However, one can get reinfected very easily. Some that have it now have already been infected three times. Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and eight other states have reported cases so far today. India reports its first cases today, and Israel already has 27.
Today it was announced that Omicron is a childhood disease. Children under 5 years old are the most susceptible.
Numbers tell us that it is at least three times more contagious than Delta. Many, many countries are reporting cases today, that had no cases yesterday.
Sure they are pushing boosters, which is just extra doses of vaccinations. That's kind of Hail Mary Pass that beats doing nothing to protect oneself and spare the hospitals. But Moderna piped up today and said, "We need a while new vaccine."
People are being encouraged to cancel holiday travel plans.

This echoes a lot of what Dr. Campbell said in his most recent video. Viruses will mutate which is why a vaccine such as one for seasonal flu is only good against a particular strain. If a new flu strain pops up, there is a good chance that the seasonal flu vaccine for a previous strain will not prevent infection. What we are now learning from the South African study of the omicron variant cited by Dr. Campbell is that natural immunity is not offering protection from reinfection either. This does not mean that we should diss all vaccines, but understand that there are limits upon any vaccine, medication, and/or treatment for any disease.
Again, everyone has to make his or her own choice as to how to protect themselves. I have consistently said that the single most effective strategy one can use, other than becoming a hermit, is to wear an N95 or KN95 mask at all times in an indoor public venue. I also personally mask (KN95) even in an outdoor setting if there is a large group of people there.

Having sat on both sides of the Vax/No Vax fence I understand well the difficulty of accepting those who have chosen a different path. Respecting the individual and their fundamental right to decide their own path, regardless of whether it agrees with ones own decision, is essential.
Among my extended family there are a great variety of COVID related choices, and a significant amount of tension as a result. It’s one of the most troubling aspects of the pandemic experience for me, since there are no vaccines to prevent fractious families, and no prophylactics other than mutual respect, which is sometimes in very short supply.

He called out the Pope for covering up the abuse of children, and then claimed it was done to protect all the homosexuals in the Vatican. I'm no fan of Pope Francis and absolutely loathe the Roman Catholic Church, but why would anyone give credence to anything this man has to say about Covid or world governments? His views art still saturated with ideas about Satan and graphite etc., including his views on the pandemic.

Others can have their own opinion. You’re trying to discredit Malone has been debunked multiple times and yet you say that you aren’t trolling the essays. In my opinion you repeating it every chance you get is just that. People can believe in whomever they want.
This is not a matter of opinion. Malone's record is a matter of
FACT. Sure, you can "believe in" anyone you want....Santa Claus, the tooth fairy or one of thousands of gods. And Malone can believe that he is the "inventor" of the mRNA technology too. That doesn't make it fact.

BTW, did you know that the vaccine manufacturers use luciferase mRNA to this very day to test/monitor biological processes such as how well muscle tissue takes up the mRNA?
EDIT: Make sure your response takes into consideration the mRNA being transfected is synthetic - just like the current mRNA vaccines are manufactured. This is a key point!

your videos, and yet IF you had been following through with any of mine at any point in these last months, you would KNOW that I posted tons of info on Malone's relationship with the process of developing mRNA. You would know that I posted articles about his claim that the spike protein is poisonous.
It might be helpful if you actually took a few steps outside that bubble world you are in and applied some skepticism to these claims and people you praise. However, I do not expect that to happen here.
You also might want to ask yourself what your goal is here. You spend an incredible amount of time and effort into the claims you make. Are you trying to stop people from getting vaccinated? Is that what you want?

Robert Malone was cited in the following NIH publication found at Public health information (CDC)
In case you attempt to say this was NOT a vaccine but only a therapeutic keep in the mind the CDC has changed the definition of a vaccine to include therapeutic because the mRNA COVID-19 'vaccines' DO NOT convey the traditional functions of conferring immunity and preventing transmission.

Yes I know there is a difference between the spike protein on the virus and the one in the gene therapy. But testing has not yet been done. Pfzier had originally stated that their spike protein remained attached to the muscle cell producing the antigen. They had to change that when their spike was discovered in many other organs of the body, such as the ovaries (which explains the strange bleeding) after getting the jab. When it was discovered in mother's breast milk they said that was good as it will inoculate the baby as well.
They are only starting to discover the myriad problems with this minimally tested product.

I've got nothing against vaccinations per say. I got my tetanus, influenza and pneumonia shots. But the recent mRNA vaccines where only tested in humans for 2 1/2 months before they were rolled out and they have showed to be problematic right from the beginning. Stage III Pfizer trials were aborted last spring by discontinuing the double blind placebo group they were scheduled to run until the fall of 2023. This makes them worth next to nothing to determine their efficacy and safety. We have been told we will not get their data for up to 50 years - 2076. So we can now only rely on the VAERS system to check for their safety. Efficacy we can see by the difference in other countries that have fared substantially better despite much lower vaccination rates.

Anyone see anything concerning about it? This is a man who was part of one of the most corrupt and invasive institutions in the world. An institution that has its fingers in and gives support to those dictators that he claims to abhor. He wants us all to follow Christianity, including the parts that tell women what to do with their bodies (he is also strongly anti-gay). And Dr. Robert Malone admires this thinking. And people posting on The Dose think Malone is the cat's meow.
I have been saying all along that many of the sources and POVs of the anti vax movement originate in right wing thinking. If this is not clear to everyone by now, it never will be.

I just resigned from my membership in the ACLU because I don't think they would stand for the speech rights of the KKK anymore. This is not about censorship of speech at all. It's about voicing a firm opposition to erroneous information and fear mongering. The posting of videos that promote characters like Vigano and Malone and their proposals to take on the whole world by making sure that "Christian values" are promoted everywhere... values like eliminating a woman's right to reproductive choice, values like anti LGBTQ statements, and the claim that the vaccines are some sort of massive international action to control everything and everyone...these claims need to be called out for what they are. It's conspiracy theories on steroids. Did you read Vigano's statement? CB is promoting this kind of thinking and I'm simply calling it out. To me this video was the icing on a very bad tasting cake.

Well, in my view and experience The Dose column doesn't stand for these values. The Dose has become a daily running train of cut and paste right wing cottage industry fear mongering about the vaccines. Just try posting any information that is positive about the vaccines. You will most likely find out real quickly just how "open" the discussion is and how much "voice" those who feel more positive about the vaccines are given. Trying to bury other POVs with avalanches of paragraphs of unevidenced "facts" or slick videos that come from questionable sources topped with claims of self appointed expertise-ism is not discussion. One "wins" the debate just by snowing others with tons of material.
The quote from Taslima Nasrin was something I put on my sig line at DKos because I was being hounded by religionists for questioning their religious statements and claims about the world. One person in particular called for all postings by atheists to be put in a special category for banning.
When I refer to "right wing" I'm not talking about conservativism or left/right partisan views. I'm talking about open hostility to science and fact.
When I came to C99 most people here were fugitives from DKos, or fans of Bernie Sanders who were looking for the freedom to verbally apply skepticism to what was/is being offered to us by both political parties.... with a little rebel old hippie thrown in. That is not what I see in The Dose. I see rigid promotion of a train running on one track only and determined to mow down other POVs.
I know and have experienced a few things related to freedom of speech and giving voice to the "voiceless". And by the way, the anti vax POV is hardly voiceless in this country. The Dose is not like the other columns and writings here. It has become a special spot for one side of an issue and one side only. That is what I feel flies in the face of what I though this site represents.

Thanks. I don't think I'm the one who is confused about the goals of this site. You shouldn't feel "alone" when it comes to trying manage it. I personally think though that a daily Dose of anything is probably too much.
