Post Election Drama Continued

Things continue to get interesting - not attempting any particular narrative here, but throwing out a few possibly significant new bits that people might not (yet) be finding covered elsewhere.

A bewildering variety of claims of election abuse are popping up - from local and small-scale to international and huge.

(Edited to add that BTW it seems that Uncle Joe (Biden, not Stalin) is under felony indictment. Actually has been since February but his name had been withheld. Doubt he'll be making any visits to Ukraine anytime soon.

California

Two men indicted for submitting 8000 fraudulent voter registration applications in LA County

Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, were charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, eight counts of voter fraud, four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, and other charges, said the DA’s office in a news release.

The office said Montenegro allegedly submitted more than “8,000 fraudulent voter registration applications between July and October 2020.” He’s also accused of falsifying names, signatures, and addresses on nomination papers “under penalty of perjury to run for mayor in the city of Hawthorne.”

Montenegro also faces another 10 counts of voter fraud, seven counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, two counts of perjury, and five misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit, the office said.

Guess that was a bit much for even California.

Nevada

Something different in legal strategies? Trump elector candidates file suit against Biden EC candidates.

Trump Electoral College Candidates in Nevada File Election Contest
BY IVAN PENTCHOUKOV November 17, 2020 Updated: November 18, 2020

Epoch Times again:

The United States Electoral College candidates in Nevada who pledged to President Donald Trump filed an election contest on Nov. 17, alleging irregularities, improprieties, and fraud in the state’s 2020 presidential election.

The election contest (pdf), filed in the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, seeks to have Trump declared as the winner in Nevada, or to have the election annulled, by challenging at least 40,000 votes cast in the presidential election, more than the unofficial margin between Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden.

The plaintiffs allege that the election machines used throughout the state are unreliable, that observers were denied access to the ballot duplication process, and that alleged vote-buying occurred through some Native American outreach programs.

Among other things alleging serious deficiencies in the automated systems used for ballot and registration signature matching of 130,000 ballots.

Pennsylvania

EXCLUSIVE: How a Philly mob boss stole the election — and why he may flip on Joe Biden
November 14, 2020

Exclusive from Buffalo (NY) Chronicle

The innermost circles of the American mafia are abuzz. The Boss of the Philly mob — ‘Skinny Joey’ Merlino — is taking a victory strut, hobnobbing around the highest echelons of old-time mafia folk, mostly in Florida, describing what may have been the heist of the century: the 2020 presidential election.

The feat is drawing praise from far-flung corners of the Italian American business community, which sees the thanks of a grateful administration as key to the revival of the community’s political influence.

But an associate says that Merlino might just be willing to flip on Joe Biden and the Pennsylvania political operatives who ordered up some 300,000 election ballots marked for Biden. The source alleges that Merlino and a lean team of associates manufactured those ballots at a rate of $10 per ballot — a whopping $3 million for three days of work. They were then packaged into non-descript cardboard boxes and dropped off outside the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Sources who spoke to The Chronicle on the condition of anonymity say that Merlino picked up those ballots from two private households where a trusted handful of associates were busily marking ballots with Sharpie markers. They were paid more than $1,000 per hour, often producing thousands of ballots every hour for more than 60 nearly-consecutive hours.

...

Political observers believe that Merlino could sell the rights of his story to a major Hollywood production studio for more than $20 million, and a book deal could yield as much as $10 million.

“You have to understand the thing about Skinny Joey is that he is very charismatic and knows how to tell an enthralling story,” the associate explains. “He’d be an incredible movie narrator, and he’d perform excellently in congressional testimony. He could hit that testimony so far out of the ballpark that he becomes a superstar instantaneously — a real celebrity presence.”

The damning congressional testimony — being tentatively dubbed ‘The Biggest Heist in Political History’ — could make it politically impossible for the Republican-controlled legislature in Pennsylvania to certify the State’s 20 electoral votes.

Elections Security Expert Finds Michigan Presidential Election Completely Fraudulent

Russ Ramsland interviewed by Lou Dobbs

Claims hard evidence and that 225-400,000 MI votes "highly questionable". "We think there is a stunning amount of fraud buried in this election."

International and Interagency Intrigue

OK... there has been discussion elsewhere of SCYTL (pronounced rhyming with "title", apparently) and its relation to Dominion and Smartmatic. It was reported to have offshore servers and it is claimed that on (at least some of) Dominion's systems when localities report results to the state level they are actually processed through SCYTL's servers en route.

Then, within the last week there were some cryptic reports that the US Army had seized SCYTL's servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Which was kind of a head scratcher because how could the US military have authority to seize anything in Germany besides what might be on one of their own bases?

Well, according to the next video the servers were sized by a US Army unit and that was possible because the servers were in what amounts to US territory: a *CIA* facility.

That's right, the Army supposedly raided the CIA to seize what were supposedly a private company's servers sited there.

Getting into Le Carre on acid territory here but hey, it *is* 2020 - where quickly ruling out the bizarrely improbable often seems to not pay off...

I was shocked by the MSM's take on the vote count -- once the AP "called" the election, virtually every headline treats that as an established "fact" and questioning of that was labeled false. It is like reading a newspaper in Oceania, with Trump playing the role of Goldstein. In the headlines, in the lead paragraphs and all the graphics, the word "false" is attached to virtually every reference to questioning of the election results.

I am of course used to slanted news. But the decline from bad to worse had been a slow and steady transformation, stemming from the advent of "conservative" broadcast programming from Rush Limbaugh and Rupert Murdoch. This worked so well as a business model that CNN and MSNBC evolved into counter-slanted platforms.

Ratings and advertising revenue are not the ONLY explanation for this decades long trend. It serves the corporate and oligarchic interests to keep the electorate at each others' throats.

This disjunction took a quantum jump when TV networks took POTUS off the air for "lying." It took me out of a short lived retirement from my message board habit, and it moved me from being very skeptical of Trump and his lawyers to being very interested in seeing what they have. They are indeed pushing smart buttons in their hyping of their case, and it would not shock me if their story is too lame for words once they introduce it in a court room.

Another possibility is that Trump & Co are just continuing their Wrestling Villain Act to the bitter end, playing his role in the Fake Government. In this version of Pick Your Paranoia, Trump will get humiliated beyond anything previously imaginable, as he disappears himself one step ahead of the Federal Marshals.

But as Blue Republic has demonstrated with links, and, as anybody who bothers to think about it for a few seconds, digital technology is inherently insecure -- yet both parties refuse to address that fact when it comes to vote counting. And the pre-emptive escalation in MSM vitriol against Trump's "false" charges of election fraud looks like panic to me.

Who knows anything for sure? When the "news" is a corporate product, nobody.

@fire with fire
The very concept of objective truth itself has been deprecated, and replaced by subjective spin.

A great example of the government/uniparty carefully and deliberately controlling the flow of information (and thus, lying by omission) was the dem party's delay of the announcement of Bernie's clear and significant wins in CO and CA on Super Tuesday by over a month ("still counting"). He won CO by over 12 points, and CA by over 8. But nobody ever heard about those until after the dem party's desired "Too bad, Bernie has lost everywhere and obviously should withdraw" narrative was firmly established, and then made utterly bulletproof by endless 24/7 repetition by the drones in the media. Everybody said so, so it must have been true.

Kinda like what we see going on right now, with Biden's general election "win" and assumption of the fictional "Office Of The President Elect" prior to the certification of any votes and any actual electoral activity, innit? It's funny, the similarities. Just keep your fully-owned media talking heads saying it very confidently, over and over and OVER again, and it will eventually become true- whether it originally was or not. *This is the operational definition of "manufacturing consent"*.

It is Goebbels' big lie (German: große Lüge) writ large, and is the basis of most successful propaganda campaigns.

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

Or, more contemporaneously, CIA Director William Casey's marvelously concise 1981 praxis:

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false."

"The truth is the greatest enemy of the State", indeed. Luckily, we still have mimeograph machines, and anybody who wishes can do a DuckDuckGo search on "samizdat" (don't use Google, they'll probably just give you a picture of a cat). We'll be there soon.

@usefewersyllables .

It makes me do a double take every time I see otherwise sensible people stand up and cheer when this shit is aimed at Donnie Fucknuts. Issues, standards, rights -- abstractions tend to fade into the background when we contemplate a Vivid Media Personality like the host of The Apprentice.

It is hard for people to remember that he is just another guy selling soap.

I stumbled upon the following link to Convo Ccuch's take on election fraud. Can't say I agree with every detail but it's certainly an interesting presentation.

@sactoprogressive

Interesting channel there, I will be back to check out more of their work.

They appear to have been on the election fraud thing for a while - good of them to point out that the current situation is not just about Trump, but has been used against Democrats not approved of by the party establishment - they specifically mention the situation with Tim Canova v. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Bernie in the 2016 California primary.

I hate drama in the news, it is not entertaining, it is pissing off instead of informing. What angers me again is, the right wing (I consider Blue Republic's essays as coming at me from my right, not from my left or my center) knows how to fucking fight and win battles, they never give up. They never shut up! LOL omg it's a long time until Dec. 14th when the electorates finalize and drop the curtain on this four year shit show. Next?

Begin 2022/24
eternal campaigns
eternal pandemics
wall street blow jobs galore

Oh yeah, I was gonna bitch about Dominion Voting Systems from Canada, another reason to rage against Javier Becerra and the Clinton cronies skimming every program they touch. Each challenge presented to the D government is met with outsourcing, not invented here, not created here and so not wanted here except by the consultant class, the professional managers. It is disgusting and I am sick and tired of it. California hasn't built anything great for decades now, it is a total shit hole for half the population now. good times

I did not vote, and will not ever vote again when the ballot is being counted by a black box machine (and I can no longer afford jury duty but that's beside the point) Proprietary software counting machines should be outlawed not purchased, that's what I think. Because how can one prove the code is clean? All software has bugs, that is a fact. It feels as if I am really living in Idiocracy times when most citizens trust proprietary software for counting votes, or anything. Rip off Bernie-16, rip off Trump-20, same same drama clicks go brrrr!

I looked up Suspension of Disbelief again, it dates back to the 1817, Biographia literaria, Samuel Taylor Coleridge. What I need to do is suspend my disbelief that Biden and Harris are really going to be elevated to positions I think they do not deserve. "This is America" where sick crony war biz and corporate welfare always comes first. I believe I believe I believe, so Dec. 14th cannot come soon enough because I believe? Never mind.

good luck
