Some of ByeDone's greatest hits

Showing this video is all Trump needs to do to win. Just keep playing this video at all his campaign stops might make this the cheapest election in history. Why Trump? Because it seems obvious that the DNC is rigging the primary for ByeDone.

and he should not even be considered as a candidate, but it's really looking like the DNC is going to push him on us. I shouldn't be surprised by how many people think he'd be a great president. How can they not know his history?

ByeDone is responsible for many of our bad legislation and he should not even be considered as a candidate, but it's really looking like the DNC is going to push him on us.

@snoopydawg @thanatokephaloides .
as his VP in 2008, polls showed that only half the American people even knew who Biden was. I suspect that of the half that knew he existed, the majority couldn't tell you much about him.

Now, in 2019, most people probably associate Biden with his time in the Obama adminstration, specifically the "good old aw-shucks uncle Joe" image that he cultivated as VP. They see him as friendly and non-threatening, and as a good buddy of their beloved Obama.

They see Biden as someone who will take us back to "the good old days" before Trump. They're in delusion, because the pre-Trump days were not good (that's what set the US up for the Trump presidency). Things have steadily deteriorated since the late 1970s.

There is no going back, anyway. I think a lot of Biden's support (however much that is) is from people who are terrified of the future.

Maybe they can sense it coming. But in order to become comfortable with it, instead of yearning for the past, they would have to understand and accept that the things they've been taught to believe for the past 40 years - their entire adult lives, and for some, their entire lives, period - have been a lie. They've based their lives on a lie.

That kind of realization and acceptance is a really tough thing for many (most?) people to do.

You'd think that this should do it but too many Dems are like that crowd in the Life of Brian

BRIAN: Look. You've got it all wrong. You don't need to follow me. You don't need to follow anybody! You've got to think for yourselves. You're all individuals!

FOLLOWERS: Yes, we're all individuals!

BRIAN: You're all different!

FOLLOWERS: Yes, we are all different!

I'm thinking of the sheep at TOP. There's a lot of them! And they'll watch this Biden thing and they'll go "yes, freeze social security! yes, invade [insert country name here]!"

"The “jumpers” reminded us that one day we will all face only one choice and that is how we will die, not how we will live." Chris Hedges on 9/11

First time I came across the term "racially-tinged." At first, I thought media invented the term "racially-tinged" just so they would not call Hillary "racist." But, Mr. Google told me that I was wrong about that bit. For the life of me, I cannot tell the difference between "racist" and "racially-tinged.

Anyway, despite having headed a racist primary campaign against the first African American who seemed to have a realistic shot at the Oval Office, in 2016, black people where I used to post were virulently pro-Hillary "Hard-working white Americans are my constituents" Clinton in 2016.

Even Lee Atwater had not been that explicit. Go figure. (Before mentioning "hard-working white Americans," Hillary had vaguely referenced "electability" and left the rest of the "racially-tinged" dung to her husband and other campaign surrogates. Still, the campaign stank fish stinks from the head down.

Poor Hillary. Had she grokked early on that establishment Democratic pols like Reid, Kennedy and Daschle had decided on Obama, she might not have embarrassed herself by running in 2008. But the "racially-tinged" stuff was on her. So was her comment about not dropped out of the primary because RFK had been assassinated after winning the California primary. This after Obama had gotten Secret Service protection earlier than most candidates because of the death threats he'd received. And, Ladies and Gentlemen, despite all that, Hillary was the anointee of the Democratic Party in 2016.

The HR department is the wealthy donor class. All this is in Bidens favor. It proves he has no scruples. Wages, abortion, health care is all fluff to woo the little people. Whatever our little cares are the wealthy can buy their way out of, and will. So now all he has to do is convince people to vote for him. There are even websites that will help him, and if he wins, may even send him a room full of roses.

Kinder and Gentler version of the same Reagan Morning in America.

As Joe put it, referencing the "predators," he will "take out" anyone his moral certitude and calculation of self-interest tells him he can. He'll even make a nice profit for someone from privatizing it.

He speaks for the mainstream of late 20th Century Establishment America. A comforting message, an old familiar face from a better time. He'll probably get elected.

And of course we have to elect him because Trump is sooo bad. Ugh.

Yep any criticism of a candidate is just a hit job not valid criticism for their horrible policies. Shades of a Hillary supporter.

Huh?

"Joe Biden Makes It Clear He Still Opposes Federal Funding For Abortion"

He's the most right-wing Dem on purpose, with the idea that he can get Republican votes this way and that Dems will be shamed into voting for him so he doesn't have to worry about anyone to the left of him...which is like almost all the Dems.

Not quite Joe Manchin but not that far from him, either.

So two possibilities. One: He believes what he's saying and that's bad. Two: He's cynically going that way....which is also bad. Worse? Don't know. They're both terrible.
