Vicky is married to Robert Kagan who is the person who wrote PNAC's goals for the Middle East. He and his other pals all supported Hillary because they didn't think that Trump was a big enough warmonger. This told me all I needed to know about Hillary's foreign policies. Just in case I didn't have all the facts.
