Why I embraced the Establishment.
I used to be cynical, but now I know that our illustrious establishment leaders are only doing what they can for those that need them the most.
You see, the most common trait among those that don't bow to the wisdom of the elites is of course, Immaturity. To criticize those that have been selected by those that are wiser and wealthier is of course the actions of a youthful and energetic mind. It's laudable, but that energy should be turned towards change that can actually occur, and not pie-in-the-sky dreams of socialist policies which have been thoroughly debunked by a proper reading of history. (Proper, in this sense, meaning a thoroughly exhaustive search of all the times that socialism completely failed. We exclude those times capitalism failed, because of COURSE individual capitalists are going to fail, but that doesn't mean the system is inherently flawed!)
It is precisely the arrogance of youth in assuming that they know what is good for them which leads to the worst problems. The only way things are done in the history of the world is by going through channels and by following the proper procedures to make change. The silly assumptions that we can suddenly make a change based off whims is insane. Unless of course we are discussing how Trump must be immediately impeached. This outsider has already upended the political landscape enough, and must be immediately removed before his immature whims are enforced, against all precedent, because we must remember that this is NOT normal.
Those that wish to drag up decades of political history as supposed "Evidence" that the establishment does not know what they are doing and in fact lies to the public on a regular and predictable basis are failing to take into account one of the most important things. Namely President Obama's Legacy. As the first black president, it would be racist to tarnish any of his policies, and chief among them was the forgiveness of the past. He proved he was FAR better than his enemies by forgiving them. If you can't take a look at a policy that has proven to kill thousands and be forgiving of small mistakes that were made, you are a purist who cannot move on past your own delusional hang ups.
As far as the supposed favoritism shown to the rich in this country, and the ludicrous calls for getting money out of politics, shame on you. Do you not realize how hard minorities have scrimped and saved to donate to a political party for a voice? Why would you want to discount the actions of the poor masses whose only voice in the system we've established is to donate to those that fight for them? Occasionally, of course, the system favors those who have donated more, but that is merely the whims of politics. Politicians do not just forget those who have put time and effort into their campaigns. Every election, just like clockwork, they will be supportive of those groups, and depend on their support or otherwise the REAL evil politician who doesn't take money from poor people might get in.
Ending the war is of course the most idiotic call that the immature will make. The idea that we can suddenly just pull our troops out of their foreign entanglements is foolhardy and racist. Just because the elites overseas we support are of a different color, the white supremacists in this country want us to stop sending our poor to kill their poor in orgies of violence that overwhelmingly favor our side. We're WINNING these wars, and we have the body counts to prove it.
Lastly, I want to express my admiration for those who have stood up and made their voices heard. We heard you very clearly. Now it is time for you to shut up, fall in line, and stop fighting against things that you cannot change. Time for you to put that energy towards what is MOST important, which is of course saving a system which was put into place by those who you did not vote for, in favor of those who do not employ you, in order for you to possibly die less quickly, if there's any money left for you after those that paid for first dibs are done eating.

(Apologies on the second essay this morning, but I was feeling rather inspired, and needed to vent a bit.)

Priceless
I particularly liked this bit... no I take it back. It was all comedy gold. Too bad that comedy is also real life.
A lot of wanderers in the U.S. political desert recognize that all the duopoly has to offer is a choice of mirages. Come, let us trudge towards empty expanse of sand #1, littered with the bleached bones of Deaniacs and Hope and Changers.

Thank you... just get so sick of the articles...
So, I decided to write one which represented what somebody would actually HAVE to believe in order to spout that bullshit.
