I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay:
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.
For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.
The poem describes how Wordsworth, one of the great Romantic poets of the 19th century, felt when he took a walk along a lake over two hundred years ago and discovered a field of daffodils.
Think of all the "dancing daffodils" as members of caucus99percent - ones who give others so much joy and pleasure in times of difficulty and loneliness.

Hey! my dear friends or soon-to-be's, JtC could use the donations to keep this site functioning for those of us who can still see the life preserver or flotsam in the water.
I asked the professors who teach the meaning of life to tell
me what is happiness.
And I went to famous executives who boss the work of
thousands of men.
They all shook their heads and gave me a smile as though
I was trying to fool with them
And then one Sunday afternoon I wandered out along
the Desplaines river
And I saw a crowd of Hungarians under the trees with
their women and children and a keg of beer and an
accordion.

no subject, because the music says it all - I am a C99p fan
for the musical offerings alone and could spend hours listening. Love the Oboe piece a lot. Thank you smiley7

Never a particular reason in music displayed...
only the feelings drive choices made.
If lyrics they do rhyme...
maybe, we've collected time?
And here, we do, from time-to-time.
