War is nothing new, humans have used violent conflict to settle differences since the advent of bludgeons made from rocks and sticks. War, it's what we are, it's what we do. How much more evidence needs to be provided to prove that point? Stating mankind as civilized has been proven, time and time again, to be empty rhetoric. Are we really that far removed from the animal kingdom? Evidently not.

Has there ever been peace without first fighting a war? The concept of peace would be an abstract without the concept of war.

Peace works until cooperation breaks down and a tribe covets something that a neighboring tribe possesses. For early man it was arable land, now it's mostly for resources. That is the essence of empire and conquest.

It's a sad testament to our species, but there it is.

Do you have a hate list yet? It seems so many do. One can see it all over the comment sections on various boards and forums across the world wide web. Listen in to talk on the street, the hate, fear and panic are everywhere.

Left vs right, male vs female, race vs race, East vs West, straight vs LGBTQX, pro vax vs anti vax, anti abortion vs pro abortion, on and on it goes. Minds are being compartmentalized into tribal prison cells with the intent of dividing us, and keeping us divided. The divide and conquer tactics keep us easy to control with bugaboos about enemies that may very well, in reality, be our allies. All the while detracting us from the real source of our divisions, the man behind the curtain, the hidden hand, the powers that be, however you want to couch it.

That is the media and those that feed it at work.

I still can’t get over how absurd it is how everyone’s acting like the plan to ethnically cleanse Gaza is some new idea that Donald Trump just came up with. “Wait, so you’re saying we make the Palestinians go away and replace them with Jews?? What bold, innovative thinking! By golly, that’s just crazy enough to work!”

Nixon said, "I am not a crook."

W said, "Sadaam Hussein has a massive stockpile of biological weapons." and "We do not know whether or not [Iraq] has a nuclear weapon."

I'll even throw in "I didn't have sex with that woman" by Bill Clinton.

The extreme right have been promoting hatred for a long time now the SPLC has been monitoring these groups for a long time now. There is always an undercurrent of violence on display especially amongst the so called gun hugging "militias".
