New York Times has a big but wishsy washy article on student loan debttoday. It discusses Biden immediately breaking his "promise" . How many of Bidens campaign promises has he kept? is more like it? Any?

The DOHA WTO Minesterial in November 2001 just a month after the 2001 terror attack was a coercive attempt to throw our weight around and force the poor countries to dump all their public services and swallow our hegemonistic, coercive "rules based system" which prevents anything progressive and privatizes everything, trading away the jobs for global hegemony. Its not democracy, or democratic.
Both the title and content of this article gives the mistaken impression that Dems (actually neither party is) on the side of consumers on drug pricing. which are framed as "intellectual property" a legal fiction made up by us, to stealing science from the world. Science is everybody's birthright. This has come at a huge cost in millions, countless numbers of human lives.
Trump generally screws things up, makes them worse, or creates whole new problems.
But like a broken clock, on a rare occasion he gets it right, and we should acknowledge him when he does.
This is one of those times.
