My response to those who say "3rd party can't win, Biden is the lesser evil"; stops trolls DEAD (crosspost from r/WayOfTheBern)
Submitted by Older and Wiser Now on Tue, 06/16/2020 - 11:05amHello dear friends, old and new! First off, I want to say that I know I have been away too long; I have massive time-management issues, that is pretty much the only thing that has been keeping me away from these lovely parts. I recently wrote a post that is currently pinned at the top of r/WayOfTheBern and "stolen" (lol) by the mods to pin at the top of r/Kossacks_For_Sanders ... a very humbling experience. An old friend suggested that I post it here too, which I am more than happy to do. I hope you find it insightful.

Truth is fighting a circular battle of distortion and resistance from all sides. Which makes disseminating information challenging. But there are still ways to get voices like Garrick McFadden heard in the fight for racial justice. So, instead of posting the column I had originally planned for today, I am presenting his words instead. His experience as a black man living in the U.S. is both a powerful and sobering message and one I hope you will share with others.

Submitted by gjohnsit on Mon, 06/15/2020 - 1:14pmIt's just a coincidence that when the credit markets froze up last September, the Federal Reserve had a financial bailout plan already on-hand that was designed to address this exact scenario. That plan was presented to the Fed by BlackRock just one month earlier.
