Roger Severino most recently was director of the DeVos Center for Religion and Civil Society at the Heritage Foundation, where he concerned himself with "religious liberty, marriage and life issues." But the Trump Administration has been staffing itself with Heritage people, so Severino has been chosen to be director of the Office of Civil Rights at HHS.

Here I'd like to briefly interrupt the ongoing discussion of how we're being screwed by the neoliberals to suggest that C99% do two things:
1) institute a candidates' forum, in which candidates who actually claim to do something for us can receive some scrutiny
2) create a coalition for vetting candidates
I'm a little late on this...mainly because I didn't know about it until last night.
