Submitted by Robyn on Mon, 11/07/2016 - 2:25pmAbigail Austen transitioned ten years ago. At the time she became the British Army's first transgender officer.
Recently she and her fiancé traveled to the American South attempting to glean the state of the American transgender community in these times.
And she reveals a recent visit to the far-right dominated, notoriously anti-trans states, which support the Republican candidate, left her so traumatised she was unable to leave her home for two weeks.

What This Guy Says - "This Election Has Disgraced The Entire Profession of Journalism"
Submitted by Phoebe Loosinhouse on Mon, 11/07/2016 - 8:32amThis article written by Ken Silverstein that was posted at Zerohedge is a must-read IMO.
I was considering writing on a similar topic and am relieved that I needn't bother; I don't think anyone could surpass this essay on the shortcomings and compromises of "journalists" and formerly reputable entities in this election cycle. This is his opening sentence:

He's the husband of a MAJOR PLAYER and he's acting like some impartial analyst?

Director James Comey said Sunday in a new letter to Congress.
The case was made active again in late October when new emails emerged on devices used by longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin. The emails were found during the FBI’s investigation into allegations that Abedin’s estranged husband, Anthony Weiner, sexted a teen girl.
Who is the conservative party now?
Submitted by gjohnsit on Sun, 11/06/2016 - 2:53pmThe left-right paradigm that we've lived with for generations is over.
No longer are Democrats the liberals and Republicans the conservatives.
Consider these policies.

Why Clinton Will Win Easily - "Fraction Magic" Election Fraud
Submitted by Steven D on Sun, 11/06/2016 - 11:40amThe polls say the race between Clinton and Trump is narrowing. But as we all learned this year in the Democratic primary, the polls mean nothing when you vote in states that have electronic voting a/k/a e-voting machines and the manner in which those votes are tabulated.
