The Hillary Corruption Has Already Taken Hold

An article in today's Huffington Post illustrates the direct effect Hill's "donated" $millions to the DNC superPAC have in destroying all credibility that Democrats are the people's party. President Obama has been pushing Big Pharma to lower drug prices as a last ditch effort before he leaves office. But there's a lot of "sympathy" in Congress for the poor drug companies who are mounting a pushback campaign against Obama. Are they Republicans?

It may seem like the country has become overrun with hate.

But there is still good news from time to time.

The Hawaii House of Representatives on Tuesday passed a bill which prohibits insurance companies from denying, canceling or limiting insurance coverage based on gender identity.

That's something that's really critical, especially now when you have states around the country moving the other direction, explicitly placing into law the ability to discriminate based on who people perceive themselves to be.

Here in Hawaii where we treat everyone with respect and aloha, we think everyone is created equal and ought to be treated the same.

Bernie keeps battling for delegates in spite of Clinton's lead, winning many converts to a progressive view. Trump is riding a broad wave of discontent to the Republican nomination. The general election should break all records for nastiness. Whatever Bernie chooses to do this summer, he has earned my complete support and gratitude.

She challenged us to a thought experiment on how to make this vision practical. So last night I did a back-of-the-napkin sketch of a plan for making the vision practical. As usual, I babbled on endlessly :=) I post it here as a departure point for a c99 brainstorming session on transforming our Post Offices from the ground up.
See, what little public thinking there is about revitalizing our Post Offices after decades of corporatist kneecapping, is all about the national vision. We all know that top-down revitalization is nevah gonna happen. Unless, unless, we the people begin to transform our local PO branches from the ground up, beginning in our local communities - neighbourhoods, suburbs, villages, rural towns, small towns. So how would we do it? Where would we start? Let me show you below.

State Dept. Withheld Key Email From Clinton’s Private Server in FOIA Lawsuit

The State Department has now acknowledged that it withheld a key Benghazi e-mail in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed in July 2014. The State Department acknowledged finding the e-mail in 2014, but it was withheld in its entirety until last week.
