Hello friends! I just wanted to stop by and say hello to everyone over here who doesn't venture to the other place anymore! I miss you but certainly understand your reasonings, and hope you understand my sticking with what we started over there (aka: being a thorn in the side...).

I do encourage you to keep visiting the http://bernienewsroundup.com/ website (though not always as update to my dkos profile), we do have other writers contributing who I think you will find like minded! Feel free to sign up and contribute as well (if you have issues contact me and I'll get you fixed on up), and soon I will be opening The Progressive Wing and hope to collaborate with you all on the journey forward!

I can't stomach the thought of being there again, but I do, as I have always, appreciate your dedication and resolve! The BNR is about all I come there for, anymore! If I venture in and OPOL has a diary up, I will tip and rec and if anyone here gives us a link to one of their musings, I tip and rec. The atmosphere there has changed and does not feel welcoming. I can't say enough for the folks here, so I'm thrilled to see you venture in now and again. You know...

even I didn't know that! How funny. The name actually came from way back when I was a teen and being the nerd I am was playing some online dungeons and dragons style games and needed a 'character name'... after playing around with different variations of the fate and destiny in language translators I ended up with 'lie par destin' or 'Bound By Fate'. I just kind of stuck with it from there.

Today I went to T&R the BNR diary

and had to log in for the first time in months. Read through the diary and got just a little emotional since so much was about Purdue and IU. It's hard to believe I've been gone from there almost 2 years now. I scrolled through the Rec diaries, Saved diaries, and Recent. Nothing. That place is going to hell in a hand basket.

I have trouble reading yours' and OPOL's posts at gos due to constant reloading. And strangely(for me at least) it takes quite an effort to rec or tip either of you. Jerky software?

I too am glad to see you. I wish you were coming here instead of doing your own blog, but I understand that it is something you have had in the works. I often wonder why the smaller liberal blogs don't join together. I can think of five offhand that might benefit. Economies of scale and all that, but I suppose everyone has a reason.

Thanks for leaving a link. Be sure to poke us often. I avoid dkos, but if I do blow in, I always look for you. As I told OPOL, I hate it that you, OPOL and TomP have to put up with all of their guff. I think the place is a propaganda machine and snake pit. I participate as seldom as I watch MSNBC and Fox News. Take care LD and thank you for all the live blogs and BNRs.

Your positive nature and inspiring approach to telling Bernie's daily story is uplifting and a highlight of my day. Thanks for all the work you do. Please let us know how to help your progressivewing project move forward.

Just came from lurking at TOP

and noticed a few people seemed to be butthurt over Jane's suggestion that the FBI move ahead with the investigation of Hillary's emails...it benefits the entire political process to have the situation settled one way or another before the general election and preferably before the convention. We need to defang as many Republican attacks on Clinton as possible if she's going to be the nominee...and if there's a reason to not make her the nominee then that needs to come out ASAP.

I flash back to 2008 and John Edwards, whom I supported. Suppose he'd gotten more traction and had been in the position Clinton is now when the out-of-wedlock baby shit hit the fan. That would have sent the entire process into disarray -- just made for a McCain victory, perhaps without the pressure to pick The Wasilla Whiner as his running mate.

I can't be there much longer. I get so angry, I think I make even less sense than usual. That energy is wasted arguing, instead of doing anything positive. I didn't want to feel pushed out of a place I put 10 years into, but it seems to be more and more a propaganda outlet for Hillary, and less trusted documentation about anything. There is only one writer left on the front page that I trust. I'll always read MB's stuff.
If there isn't something by you, or TomP, IntegGrity, and the obvious others, there really is no point.

I don't know how you continue to keep it cool all the time, but thank you for it. I have booked marked your website. I'll visit that.

I read your BNR every day. On NR for a week, cuz "authority" determined I rec'ed a comment which referred to "shilling."
So elena showed me how to "rec" = +1
You know when there's a "code" of how to rec on GOS for those on NR , it's gotten very bad.

LD, I've been in Timeout at GOS

for the last four days. Thus I have been unable to T & R the BNRs or anything else worthwhile (TomP, OPOL, etc).

I never trolled in the Hillary safe diaries or posted obnoxious comments, so I am mystified why I deserved a Timeout in the first place. Apparently something to do with uprating...

I am amazed that so many others there are able to troll obnoxiously with NO consequences. My troubles seemed to start when I commented that I am a 63 year old white woman who totally supports Bernie Sanders.
