Good morning everybody.
A fine morning here, aside from the smokey air.
Seems we have a conflagration going on right here in the county, just north of the city of Battleground.
Interesting history of Battleground. There was supposed to be a real battle to be fought there way back when. But both parties decided they had better things to do, so no one showed at the designated time.
They should have called it Betterground.
Anyhoo, I hope they get a handle on the fire. A lot of fine rural properties back in there and a state park called.......Battleground State Park, a tall volcanic vent with a bottomless lake in the middle of it and campgrounds inside the rim. It takes about 45 minutes to walk around the lake through the trees.
Haven't been in there for a while.
Just returned from the farm yesterday afternoon with a couple buckets of tomatoes and some potatoes. Corn is not ready yet and the beans are coming along. I'm really sore from all the work I've done in 4 days.
So I will be spending the morning perusing the news and conversing with you guys.

Good morning e1. Crazy, cray, crazy week. Termite guy just
left. Not gooe news. We've been feeding a stray cat outside for a bit and she needed vet care yesterday and has to stay indoors for a week and she isn't happy with it. We have house guest Friday which is also my next infusion. A lot of other stuff going on as well plus planning for some later trips and vacations. But, we're both still above the pavement, so it's all good. Haven't chcked the military summary channel yet, but a quick skim of the Guardian, South China Morning Post, Sputnki and RT don't disclose anything new that is too obscene and not a continuation of existing crap.

Hasn't been cray cray
around here, but definitely busy.
First great granddaughter arrived Saturday. So, happy about that. E2s Mom is still alive so that makes her a GG Grandkid.
Have a Great-Grandson arriving in January or so.
Christmas dinners are growing larger. May have to build a banquet hall before it's all over.

Just watched three videos from Iranian metro cities, street views and bustling bazaars.
Bessant is so full of shit, Iran is thriving.
No trashy streets, No graffiti. Apparently no vehicle codes.
But everybody was smiling and happily shopping in peace.
E2 has her back (L5 disc) surgery on Monday, so we are gearing up for that. Will have to curtail our activities for a week or two after that.

I.C.E of yore consisted of peace officers patrolling the border and hindering migrants from illegally crossing the Rio Grande. Many of those migrants were drug runners.
